DT-7000H22V Series ATM Site Preparation and Installation Manual

Chapter 1 General Description

This manual is intended for GRG Banking personnel, or GRG Banking customers who are required
to install the DT-7000 H22V Series ATM.
Chapter2 provide the information about site preparations and requirements. It is very important that
the site complies with the requirements specified in this document because, once the equipment has
been installed, deficiencies in site preparation or the problems caused by these deficiencies are
much more difficult to detect and correct. Failure to comply with these requirements or take proper
steps to protect equipment against risks identified in this document may cause serious damage to
the equipment.
Chapter3 describe the details about moving the ATM, the procedures for installing the ATM, and
the configuration and system test procedures for the ATM.

1. Product Identification
The equipment is identified by the nameplate, and corresponding product information is engraved
on the nameplate. The nameplate is fitted on the left side or right side of the safe. For more
information about the nameplate, please refer to the file of YT-QFM-507A.

5. Installation Environment requirements

5.1. Environment requirements

 At the installation site of the ATM, provide sufficient clearance behind and around the
ATM to ensure proper cooling and airflow. For example, installing exhaust fan or using
ventilating openings.
 Protect the monitor of the ATM against strong light, as this will shorten the service life of
the monitor and cause vision blur of the users. If necessary, fit the sun-shielded shed.
 Consider whether the ATM can arrive at the installation site smoothly. For example if the
transport passage indoors is wide enough for the ATM to get across? (Refer to packaging
dimensions or ATM dimensions for related information).
 Provide a single AC 110V/220V power outlet, and the distance between the outlet and
the ATM should be less than three meters. Don’t make power connection via another
outlet.

5.2. Floor loading

The ATM must be installed on a solid and level ground capable of supporting the ATM's maximum
weight. To prevent the ground from sinking after installing the equipment, it is necessary to
consider the mechanical vibration that the ATM operates to produce. (If the equipment is installed
on the floor, place it as close as possible to the pillar and crossbeam.)
