The world is separated into four quadrants.

Ice Cream Land, Milkshake Lake, Cone Mountains, and Nitroland

Ice Cream Land : Ice cream land is where players spawn when they enter the world. It should
be happy and playful!

- Ground is made up of different flavored/colored ice cream scoops. (figure out flavors
later)
- A variety of toppings rain every couple of minutes on Ice Cream Land.
- Whipped cream clouds
- Cherry hot air balloon ride that players can hop into to see a bird’s eye view of the other
lands from above.
- A few gummy bear bridges that players can bounce on and across—the bridges can be
over chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry rivers.
- Sprinkle cannons that periodically shoot sprinkles in the air, creating a playful
environment.

Quest: There will be several NPC kids across Ice Cream Land offering the same quest to
players. The quest will detail that the NPC kid wants a specific combination of ice cream flavors.
They give you an ice cream scooper, and you have to go around the ice cream land looking for
scoops. Once you are given the ice cream scooper, you can press a key while standing on the
ice cream flavor to scoop the ice cream. You can press another key to put that scoop back. If
you give the NPC the wrong ice cream flavors, they get brain freeze—and ask you to try again.
If you give them the right ice cream flavors, they give you a banana boat with “oareos”!

Milkshake Lake : Players use the banana boat they receive from the quest in Ice Cream Land
to cross a stretch of milkshake, leading to Milkshake Lake. Milkshake Lake has a small island at
its center.

- A locked house with an ice cream cone roof, an ice cream sandwich bed, and other
decorations (think of stuff).
- There is a visible stream that connects from a dock and goes outside of the lake to Cone
Mountains.
- Waffle pieces spread out throughout the small island that respawn after thirty seconds.
- A few spots of caramel lava pits which are bubbling lava pools of caramel.

Quest: There is an NPC fishing on the dock that you can talk to for the quest. He tells players
that the stream consists of Sherbet sharks and peanut butter pufferfish, and is too dangerous to
cross with a banana boat. He says you’ll need to reinforce your banana boat to get through the
stream, and that he can help you. He gives you a basket to collect five waffle pieces, and a jar
to collect the caramel. You give the waffle pieces and jar of caramel to him and he gives you a
reinforced banana boat. The reinforced banana boat has a waffle raft under it to protect the
banana from getting pierced by the puffer fish and the sherbet sharks. The stream has a current
that takes you straight to the Cone Mountains, and while you are on the stream, you feel
shaking and prodding, but nothing happens to the boat.

Cone Mountains : Players use the reinforced banana boat to get to Cone Mountains. The
entrance is a few cone mountains, and as you sail in, you fade out and back in—right in front of
the huge Mt. Cone. It is so high you can’t see the top, as it is engulfed in the whipped cream
clouds. The stream runs through Mt. Cone, and you can dock your banana raft and get off. Mt.
Cone has three levels, and the goal is for players to get to the top.

Level 1:
- An NPC mountain ranger tells you the mountain is no walk in the park, but there is a
mad scientist at the top.
- Marshmallow trampoline mini-game to get to level 2.

Level 2:
- Another NPC mountain ranger tells you these stairs are no walk in the park, but legends
say there is a mad scientist at the top.
- A spiral staircase in the center going up to level 3. There are gaps in between the stairs
that players have to jump across to reach level 3. There can be five layers of stairs, and
they each progressively get more difficult in terms of gaps and jumps.

Level 3:
- Just a room, but not really a mad scientist’s room. A few parts and a couple little gadgets
and gizmos here and there. The scientist’s lab is actually in the next destination.
- NPC Mad Scientist with a quest.

Quest: The mad scientist wants to get back to his lab, but he can’t go back until it’s safe. Luckily,
a brave adventurer can do just the job. The quest is to use the whipped cream jetpack to fly
over to Nitroland, and to use the key to get into the lab. The quest has a continued portion that
will be started and completed in Nitroland. Also, the jetpack has unlimited fuel to get to
Nitroland, but going through a whipped cream cloud gives the jetpack Nitros and makes the
player go much faster.

Nitroland : After the player uses the jetpack to reach Nitroland, they are met with an instant
environment change. The player has 30 seconds before they freeze, and they need to get to the
lab. It’s spooky, has vapor surrounding it, and is very experiment-gone-wrong looking. There are
huge beakers and test tubes at the entrance, with a sign that says Nitroland. Once the player
enters Nitroland, the lab should be somewhat visible—and should only take 15 seconds to
reach. If a player freezes, they respawn at the Nitroland entrance. The jetpack does not work in
Nitroland because it is so cold, the whip cream freezes.

- Puddles of Liquid Nitrogen that instantly freeze players—can be avoided by walking

around the puddles.
- Ice cream blobs jumping around in a noticeable pattern. If a player collides with one, it
slows the player down. The player can avoid them by noticing the patterns and
maneuvering around them.
- They can enter the lab with their key, and it is dark. If they enter the lab, there is no more
countdown and they won’t freeze to death. Everytime they go into the lab, their 30
seconds outside resets.
- There is a generator by the door they need to turn on once they enter the lab. The lab
will be pitch black until they turn the generator on. Maybe some sparks or something
around the generator to hint players to turn it on.
- Once they turn the generator on, the lights should flicker and turn on and it should look
like a scientist’s lab. Beakers, test tubes, a few gizmos and gadgets, and a microscope
and maybe some samples of ice cream blobs in jars.
- There should be an exosuit on the wall that the player can equip to keep them outside
indefinitely in Nitroland.
- There should be a desk with papers everywhere. The papers read “Liquid nitrogen
instantly freezes blobs, rendering them harmless and quite delicious. Liquid Nitrogen
samples - 0/1” —initiating a quest.
- Players can go to the beakers and test tubes and pick them up to scoop liquid nitrogen
from the puddles.
- Once a player gets the liquid nitrogen sample, they can go back to the mountain and
deliver it to the mad scientist. The scientist gives them a badge for their completion.
