Executive Summary

As on 15-Aug-15, 6632 cum of civil drawings (53% of total civil scope) and 3,679 MT of structural drawings (approx. 54% of total structural
scope) are released. Approx. 32% of overall Concreting,37% of fabrication and 7% of erection has been achieved.

Progress Highlights for the month are:

 Civil Works: 365 no’s Piling out of 1053 completed out of which 46 piles are casted in this month. 140 cum completed out of 749
cum(RCC) planned for the month. The cumulative concrete quantity completed is 3,976 cum.
 Structural: 2,566 MT fabricated by SSD against a scope 6,874 MT. Structural erection under progress, 159 MT erection completed out
of 611 MT planned for the month. Total erected quantity is 501MT. UG and AG Piping works started in Utilities and Bar mill areas. A total
of 1,512 INM of UG and 12,964 INM of AG piping completed.
 Procurement:
 eNFA approved for Sewage treatment plant.

• Based on the current status update, there is a potential delay of 155 days & overall commissioning date is shifted to 19-Jun-16 against
the baseline plan of 15-Jan-16 due to envisaged Piling (1053 No’s) in Pipe Rack 1A,2A & 4A , delay in start of Cooling Tower Civil works,
straightening of road #2A & 7A, slow progress in Pipe rack erection works and delay in procurement of critical equipment's like Air
compressors, ZLD.
• It is assumed that for Commissioning of Iron Making Packages, Oxygen & Nitrogen requirement to be met from the existing 2 X 1200
TPD plants. However for continuous operation, ordering of 2200TPD oxygen plant to be expedited.
