Department : Engineering Design
Discipline : Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience : 2 to 5 years
Candidate should have sound piping background and fully conversant with
engineering practices.
Experience in oil & gas process plant design, petrochemical engineering
background would be an advantage.

Work coordination : Direct coordination with MAKEEN Energy Head Quarter, Denmark

Software Tool:
• AutoCAD Plant 3D 2021
• AutoCAD Plant 3D Spec Editor 2021 (Able to understand updates in catalogue
based on industry design codes)
• AutoCAD Plant Report Creator 2021
• Navisworks Manage 2021
• Autodesk Vault Professional 2021

Brief Description of Job :

Primary

Main responsibility is to work as Plant Admin for LPG/LNG projects.


Involvement in following area, such as Plant Project Set up, custom tittle blocks and attributes, custom
parts 3D and custom ISO symbols, Spec editing and catalogue updates and Adjustment in plant xml set
up.

Secondary
Development of P&ID drawings, Preparation of overall plant layout, equipment location, pipe routing,
development of 2D & 3D models and Piping isometrics.
Preparation of Piping Documentation and MTO, Reviewing vendor drawings.
Good understanding of the different phases and requirements of projects i.e. Conceptual, FEED/ Basic &
Detail Designs mechanical and piping related.
Personal development opportunities and possibility to work in a multicultural environment.

Job Title : Piping Material Engineer (piping Layout Engg. Or stress
analysis Experience would be good)

Department : Engineering Design
Discipline : Bachelor of engineering in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering
Experience : 2 to 5 years and +
Candidate should have sound piping background and fully conversant with
engineering practices.
Experience in oil & gas process plant design, petrochemical engineering
background would be an advantage.

Work coordination: Direct coordination and frequent visit to MAKEEN Energy Head Quarter, Denmark

Software Tool: Advanced Excel tool skills, Auto CAD Plant 3d or experience in any piping 3d modelling
tools, Navis works, Hydraulic calc. software skills

Brief Description of Job :

Primary
Preparation of piping class for the project as per design code and Basic piping and pipe support stress
calculation would be an advantage,
Prepare accurate detailed engineering, material specifications, various piping calculations, such as pipe
sizing, wall thickness, Piping and Valve material Specification, pressure drop, NPSH a calculations and
design reports & procedures would be an advantage.
Prepare MTO for valves, instruments and piping, develop welding fabrication/spec,.
Maintain project technical documentation coordinating with piping package manager and other
disciplines.
Coordination with following disciplines Process, Piping design/layout engineering, Instrumentation,
Vessels, Mechanical, structural, Procurement and material control.
Review of vendor drawings corresponding to Piping Package.

Secondary
Involvement is developing P&ID drawings, 2D & 3D models.
