Tables: 46. Tab: Move to the next cell in a table

47. Shift + Tab: Move to the previous cell in a table


48. Ctrl + Tab: Insert a tab character in a cell
49. Alt + Enter: Start a new line within a cell

Headers and Footers: 50. Alt + Shift + P: Insert a page number in the header or footer

51. Alt + Shift + D: Insert the current date in the header or footer
52. Alt + Shift + T: Insert the current time in the header or footer
