1) Discover
- Can you provide a brief overview of the company, its history, and its core mission
and values?
We started small. Bacolod Chicken Inasal started with a take-out and delivery
counter in Edsa Central in July of 1993. By providing great food experience with
delicious food, outstanding service, in a relaxed atmosphere, at a reasonable cost
will ensure the happiness of our customers, employees as well as owners of the
business.
- What was your professional background before joining the company, and how
many years have you been part of the organization?
- As a manager within the company, how would you define your role and its
significance in contributing to your overall success and environment?
Managing the operations as well as the finance side of the business. Make sure
that day to day operations is properly done and cash flow are managed well .
- What are things that you enjoy about your job?
- What are the primary goals and objectives of the company in the next 5 years and
long-term?
- Who are the company's target customers or clients, and what market segments
does it serve?
Majority are employees and families (70%) 20 to 39 yrs. old, Businessmen 10%,
students 12%. Our food is acceptable and affordable to the working class &
families
- What is the company's organizational structure, and how are teams or departments
organized?

- What are the main products or services offered by the company, and are there any
upcoming offerings in development?
Our Main product is the delicious chicken barbecue called “inasal” as well as other
favorite dishes from Bacolod City.
- Can you share information about the company’s recent financial performance,
such as revenue, profitability, and growth trends?
Sales have somehow recovered coming out from the pandemic. We are averaging
about 5 to 10 percent more compared to the sales in 2019 prior to the pandemic.
2) Dreams
- Reflecting on your current role within the company, are you content with your
current situation and organizational engagement? Is there anything you still wish
to learn or develop while working in the company?
I want to see the company that it will professionally run by itself or run by the
next generation or professional managers so that I will have more time to develop
and try other business concepts as well as more time for myself and family.
- How do your contributions align with and support the company’s broader goals
and mission? Do you believe they are in harmony with your personal career goals
and mission?
- How do you contribute to the achievements of the company’s overall goals and
mission? Can you say they align with your personal goals and mission in your
career?
Expansion and maybe Develop and expand its BCI Junior. A fast-food concept of
BCI. Minimal Capital requirement, less people, easier to expand.
Also continue to develop and move to a franchising business.
- Are there any aspects of our company's culture or work environment that you
believe could be improved to enhance overall job satisfaction and performance?
3) Design
- Does the company have plans for any kind of expansion (exploring new markets,
more regions, etc.)?
Yes, we are on a recovery stage after the pandemic and we are fixing the branches
and eventually expand if there are other opportunities.
- Are there plans for the development of new products or services in the near
future?
Delivery for added sales, marketing (use of social media and other new platforms),
human resource management, menu ordering and customer feedback.
- What strategies does the company have in place to drive revenue growth?
- Are there plans to diversify revenue streams or explore new income sources?
Yes, looking for ways to continue training. Expand workforce if there are new
branches.
- Are there specific talent acquisition or retention strategies?
Hospitality sectors including restaurant are the most affected when globalization
opened its doors to hire Filipino Hospitality workers. But there are a big
percentage of workers that still prefer to work locally because of several reasons
such as family. So Capitalize on that and get their loyalty by treating them well.
- How will the company measure the success and progress of its future plans?
By Having Key Performance Indicators and making programs like giving incentives
if your reach a certain KPI’s.
- Can you provide a timeline or milestones for the execution of these future plans?
4) Destiny
- How have you been involved in the development of the company's future strategic
plans?
You must be spearheading the development and future of your company. You
must be in the forefront.
- Can you outline the key strategies devised to achieve these goals?

- As you look at the future of your company, how do you see your role evolving to
help them achieve the long-term goals?
I will be more as a visionary and a consultant and implementor. The nitty gritty of
the development should be handled by the managers.
- Can you identify any possible challenges your company might face as they move
toward their overall goal, and how would you deal with them?
Just by doing what we love to do one step at a time. Just by starting small and
embracing growth.

future?
