IV. Rationale

The City Social Welfare and Development Office of the City of Lapu-Lapu will
conduct a Social Enhancement activity and Team Building.

Team Building process of creating a group of employees who cohesively work


together versus work independently on their own projects. These individuals
collaborate on various projects to accomplish one or several objectives,
depending on the needs of the business and the departments they are separated
into.

V. Objectives

 To develop a plan and timeline of CSWDO Project Programs and Activities.


Budget.
 To build strong relationship to co-employees in the organization.
 To improved communication skills and engaged different person in the
organization
 To share knowledge and collaborative mindsets for fast and efficient
implementation of the organization.
