SCOPE
This procedure is prepared in full compliance with the contract specification and other contract
documents and shall not after, modify or adjust any of the requirements unless specifically
agreed per subject in writing on technical deviation approved by ADCO.
This procedure provides a detailed methodology for the Hydro testing of above ground piping
at Bab Thamama "G" & Habshan 2 Development 1.8 MBOPD Project.
2.PURPOSE
The purpose of this procedure is to define the hydrostatic pressure testing methods,
inspection and documentation for the post fabrication testing of piping systems.

5. RESPONS1BILITY
CONTRACTOR's Project Manager shall be responsible for all construction activitity inclusive of ensuring
that safety measures are fully implemented on site.
CONTRACTOR's Construction Manager shall be responsible for coordination and supervision of
construction activities and construction group and insure that work is done as per project specification
and appro►ed drawings and all safety measures are implemented.
CONTRACTOR's designated Site Engineer/Supervisor shall be supervising closely the activities
designated to them and ensure that all instructions are followed and all necessary work permits are duly
appro►ed and signed off, prior to commencing the work and safety procedures of the project are strictly
adhered to.
CONTRACTOR's HSE manager is responsible for the enforcement of safety
procedures and ensures that works are carried out in accordance with ADCO's safety
procedure & in line with the HSE plan.
CONTRACTOR's QC Manager and his designated Quality Control Inspector are responsible for
verifying and monitoring, the compliance of all activities as per project specification.
CONTRACTOR'S Engineering Department is responsible for preparation and issue of Test packages.
