1) Go to mahavastu website http://mahavastu.maharashtra.gov.in/ .

2) Click on Login tab.

3) If new user, first register

4) Fill the details.


a) Select appropriate field.
i) Technical Registration
ii) Land Owner

5) Successfully registered on mahavastu website.

6) Verification of mobile number and email id

7) Set Password
a) Password Policy:
1. Password must be 8 character long
2. Passwords must contain One Capital Letter, One small letter, One Number and one
Special Character at least.

8) After successful registration, Login using your Gmail id given while registration.

9) After Login, Fill the form.

a) Select appropriate field.


i) ULB Wise /District Wise
b) Select appropriate field.
i) Select district name
ii) Select Category

10) 1st Authority Login

a) Select Technical License Approval.

b) Verify the documents
 Authority can verify the document uploaded by technical person at the time of
Application.

i) Architect can verify license here.


 Authority can verify the COA Document (License) uploaded by applicant through this
link.

ii) Verify/Reassign (add appropriate remark if reassigned).

a) Select resubmit tab.

b) Resubmit documents when reassigned.

13) 1st Authority recheck and approve the action.

14) After verification, action tab gets enable.

a) Application approved and submitted to next authority.

a) Select Technical License Approval.

a) Login to technical user and select Certificate Issue Entry.

b) Apply digital signature and successfully applied.

20) If a user wants to register for both ULB and District wise
a) Select Register for Other ULB.

b) Select in whichever user needs to register


i) ULB Wise
ii) District Wise

Note: If Technical Person Select District Wise then he will be register for all ULB’s which comes
under in the same District.

21) Registering as a Land Owner
a) Land Owner KYC is compulsory , he/she won’t be able to register.

22) After Login as Land Owner has following services they are:
a) Change of Technical Person (if required).

b) Owner Proposal Payment
