Perform daily health checks of the application, job schedules, and infrastructure
supporting the application.
Have Knowledge of best practices related to Security, Performance, High-Availability,
and Disaster recovery.

Resolve and mitigate production application issues.
Work with other business and technology teams to resolve end-user inquiries.
