    1. Solar Power System


    1.1 System Description: The Seller agrees to install and operate a solar photovoltaic

    2. Electricity Purchase

    maintenance and monitoring purposes, subject to reasonable advance notice.

    6. Legal Compliance
    Both parties shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to

    the installation, operation, and maintenance of the System.

    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

    the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    8. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and

    supersedes all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
