Language Focus Divide the students into two groups. Give a copy of the bus and
car questionnaire to each student in one group and a copy of the

Working together with the people in their group, students put
the words in order to form travel and transport questions. All the
students must write the questions down on their own worksheet.

Time
Next, tell the students to answer the questions and write their
35 minutes
answers down in the column marked 'You'.

After that, have the students join with someone from the other
group. The students then take it in turns to ask their partner the
travel and transport questions and note down their partner's
answers in the appropriate column.

Encourage the students to ask follow-up questions to gain more

information.

When the students have finished, have them report back to the
class on what they found out about their partner.
