    Power Supply Check

    (E-CUBE 7)

    HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL 82 /
    1st AC power FUSE, LED Check

    1-2 1-1

    1-1 Check fuse when AC power is off, fuse is whether good or not < Necessary Equipment>
    1) Fuse short : ok  Move 1-2. step
    2) Fuse open : fail  AC PSU defect 1. Multi meter or voltage meter

    1-2 Check switch when LED AC power is on, if fuse is ok, LED will be turned on.
    1) LED on (Green) : ok  Move 2. step
    2) LED off : fail  AC PSU defect
    2nd [D5VP STB] voltage check

    2. If AC power is turned on(green switch), you can measure 5V on D5VP STB pin.
    1) 5V : ok  Move 3. step
    2) 0V : fail  AC PSU defect

    < Necessary Equipment>

    1. Multi meter or voltage meter


    3rd [PS_ON] voltage check

    CP S/W

    3. After AC power is connected to DC power with 12pins cable and is < Necessary Equipment>
    turned on,
    turn on the CP switch, you can check 0V on PS_ON pin 1. Multi meter or voltage meter
    (this is hard to check the voltage, you should measure voltage with AC
    power and DC power are connected)
    1) 0V : ok (fan operation)
    2) 3.3V : fail  System Defect
    5th OUTPUT CHECK (by voltage meter)
