Criteria are scored on exceeding, meeting, progressing towards, or not meeting standards. Higher scores require clearer identification and statement of the experiment's question/purpose and hypothesis, more accurate and logical experimental design and procedures, and conclusions that assess whether findings supported the hypothesis and what was learned.
