We look forward to welcoming you to ELITE @ EKFB, but in the meantime this email
will provide all of the information you need to prepare you for your ELITE session.

ELITE is our Engagement and Leadership Immersive Training Experience, based at

our purpose-built centre in Brackley.
How to find us
ELITE @ EKFB Please use the car park in front of the

Building 3 main entrance to the centre. You can

About the day
To ensure the safety of you and the other participants, we are providing the option
to complete a lateral flow COVID test at the beginning of the day. If you do wish to
complete a test, please arrive at 7:45.
You will be assigned a small locker for the day upon arrival (a laptop will not fit in it),
but please note you do not need to bring anything with you for the day as
refreshments, pens and all any collateral is provided for you.
Throughout the first part of the day, there is a lot of standing up involved so please
contact us if you believe this would be an issue and would like to make special
arrangements.

It is important to be there at the start of the session. Please note that if you
arrive after 08.50, you will be turned away and will need to arrange to be re-
booked onto another day.

Before you arrive

Your ELITE session will act as a foundation for EKFB’s uncompromising focus on
making the right choices at all stages of our working lives. Before attending ELITE,
think about what makes you feel safe at work, and about the effect of your actions
on other people. Also consider the wider issues that may occur if we get things
wrong. All of these areas will feature in your ELITE programme.
COVID-19
If you suspect that you have symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), however mild,
OR you have received a positive coronavirus (COVID-19) test result, the clear
medical advice is to immediately self-isolate at home for at least 10 days from when
your symptoms started. DO NOT attend the ELITE centre – contact your employer
and [email protected] to change your booked date.
