Mi rutina diaria

Mi nombre es Tom. Tengo catorce años. Me despierto a las 7 en punto


todos los días excepto los domingos. Hago ejercicios por la mañana. Me
lavo, me limpio los dientes con un cepillo de dientes y me peino.
Después desayuno. Por las mañanas me gusta comer huevos fritos u
omelets, sándwich de queso y tomar té. Me toma 10 minutos llegar a la
escuela. Mis lecciones comienzan a las 8:30. Y a las 2 en punto terminan
las lecciones. Normalmente tengo seis o siete lecciones al día. Regreso a
casa a las 2 en punto y descanso. Veo televisión y juego juegos de
computadora. Almuerzo a las 3 en punto. Para el almuerzo suelo comer
algo de sopa, papas fritas o en puré con chuletas y un trozo de tarta con
una taza de té de postre. Después de hacer mi tarea salgo a caminar con
mis amigos. Por la noche voy al gimnasio o saco mi bicicleta. Mi
entrenamiento dura una hora. Mis padres suelen volver a casa a las 5 en
punto. Cenamos a las 5:30. La cena consiste en pescado, carne o pollo,
verduras o alguna ensalada y una tarta de manzana. Luego a veces
vamos al cine, pasamos tiempo en el parque o vamos de compras. Luego
leo libros, periódicos y revistas, chateo con amigos por teléfono. Los
lunes, miércoles y viernes asisto a clases de inglés adicionales en mi
escuela. A las 10 en punto me ducho o me baño, me lavo los dientes y
me acuesto.

lessons a day. I return home at 2 o’clock and have rest. I watch TV and
play computer games. I have lunch at 3 o’clock. For lunch I usually eat
some soup, fried or mashed potatoes with cutlets and a piece of cake
with a cup of tea for dessert. After doing my homework I go for a walk
with my friends. In the evening I go to the gym or take out my bike. My
training lasts for an hour. My parents usually return home at 5 o’clock.
We have dinner at 5:30. Dinner consists of fish, meat or chicken,
vegetables or some salad and an apple pie. Then we sometimes go to the
cinema, spend time in the park or go shopping. Then I read books,
newspapers and magazines, chat with friends on the phone. On Monday,
Wednesday and Friday I attend additional English classes at my school.
At 10 o’clock I take shower or a bath, brush my teeth and go to bed.
