Role Profile: Senior Process Specialist – Fund Reporting Team

We are looking for Senior Process Specialist to support our Fund Reporting function, who will contribute to the
business’s success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a self- starter, who can work
with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment.
Reporting to the XXXXXX, the Trainee will have responsibility for the following key areas:
Role description and responsibility overview
• Prepare Audit Working: Gather and organize relevant financial data and documents to support the audit
process, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and timelines.
• Review Month-End Posting and Prepare Monthly Report: Verify and review month-end journal entries and
financial postings, then compile and prepare comprehensive monthly reports summarizing financial performance
and key metrics.
• Review Bookkeeping: Conduct a thorough review of bookkeeping records and transactions to ensure accuracy,
completeness, and adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
• VAT Return: Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accurate reporting
of VAT liabilities and credits.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and maintain strong
relationships, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Corporate tax returns for fund entities
• Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers and service providers to address queries, resolve issues,
and maintain effective partnerships to support the organization's operations.
IT Systems requirements
• Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with fund accounting software – Paxus etc.
Candidate profile
• Professional Qualification: MBA Fresher/CA Inter/ACCA Student/ACCA or CA
• Education: Business Graduate with Finance Background
• Work Experience: More than 3- 5 years (2-3 years for ACCA or CA Qualified)
• Proficiency in English communication.

• Shift timings: 1330 hours to 2200 hours & 1130 hours to 2000 hours*.

Advisory (Corporate Advisory and General Partner Services)
We provide discreet and independent advice to help our clients achieve their goals, leveraging our buyside experience
to bring a deep understanding of the motivations of investors. We advise companies, management teams and
shareholders on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and other specialist transactions. We help general partners
structure and establish funds and raise capital from institutions worldwide. We have particular expertise in the secondary
sale and restructuring of fund assets.
