CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT & AGREEMENT

This contract is made and entered into this 06 November 2021 by and between:
Mr. ELVIS C. SORIANO with address at Block 8 Lot 5, Lady Iza Subdivision, San Vicente
Castilla Sorsogon, the first party, hereinafter called the “OWNER” and Mr. REYNANTE
MOSTOLIS hereinafter called the “CONTRACTOR”

WITHNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the OWNER has voluntarily sought and engaged CONTRACTOR for the
construction of the following project.
PROJECT: KITCHEN EXTENSION PROJECT
LOCATION: San Vicente Castilla Sorsogon
WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR offers construction services and management basis and
on a fixed-based compensation.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and of the mutual
covenants and stipulations herein made, the parties hereby agree to be bound by the
terms and condition stipulated hereunder.
ARTICLE I: SCOPE AND CONDITIONS OF WORK
The scope of work to be done by the CONTRACTOR consist of the following civil and
structural work activities.
1. Lay outing of the proposed building
2. Excavation of Footing or Foundation
3. Erection of Column & Footing rebars, tie beams, roof beams and concreting as
per standard specifications
4. CHB laying of the entire wall (4sides) up to the roof beams all the way to the
firewall edge
5. Installation of Electrical roughing ins including wirings of convenience outlets,
lights, & switches
6. Installation of Plumbing pipes (water line & drainage) for kitchen sink
7. Concreting of floors with rebars
8. Concreting of Kitchen sink as per client detail
9. Smooth Plastering of the entire building from interior to exterior up to the roof
parapet
10. Tiling & Grouting of the entire floor (tile size as per client details)
11. Tiling & Grouting of the kitchen sink

ARTICLE II: TIME OF COMPLETION


The work to be performed by the contractor under this project shall be completed within 1
– 2 months duration or at the earliest date.

ARTICLE III: PAYMENT TERMS


The OWNER for and in consideration of the faithful satisfactory fulfilment of the contract by
the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the terms and condition of the contract herein
provided, shall pay to the contractor in Philippine currency amounting to ₱ 70,000 fixed
amount, and to be billed according to the following terms:
50% down payment equivalent to ₱ 35,000 before the start of the works
25% after 75% of project works done equivalent to ₱ 17,500
25% after 100% completion of the contract equivalent to ₱ 17,500
With the grand total of ₱ 70,000 as fixed contract price.

By signing below, contactor & owner acknowledges having read and understood this
contract and that owner is satisfied with the terms and conditions contained in this
contract,
