Executive Summary

In recent years, many household women have produced domestic products with good
quality such as clothes, cosmetics, and food in Myanmar. Some of them sell their products by
using social network (Facebook app) individually. Most of them sell their products in their quarter
and town because they are not familiar with IT. Moreover, some small local businesses produce
good quality products as local brand and sell their products in their market or via Facebook app.
As a result, good quality products cannot be well known because of the narrow market. For this

Business Description

MMLocalBrands provides service for everyone who is interested in local products and
order whenever they want. For shop owners they can advertise their products with a suitable cost
so they can get expand IT market. If shop owners want to advertise their product on the Web, they
must pay advertisement fees. The system gets 15% depend on the selling price of the material. By
using this system, it can make more comfortable than current marketing system because it saves
time and can choose desired local products and related price. Our business plan use the technician
to check the quality of product and price. So, the information supported by the proposed business
plan is accurate, correct and the products and prices are reliable. The system will show up-to-date
information including new products and prices, so customers might get satisfaction by using the
proposed system. The system will help the local brands business to increase the selling rate of
products year by year and also increase the incomes. The products will be well-known to global
and local because the system is used by IT so that people who are interested in local products can
be used the system and can solve the difficulties of going to the shops. The system accepts the
advertisements of other which are non-relative products so that the system can get income from
other businesses later. By the way, MMLocalBrands is a new commercial tool for local brands
business owners and customers to fulfill their needs.

Cost , Inflow and Outflow of every year cost , and advertisement cost. All amounts are calculated
in Myanmar Kyats(MMKS).

Investment Fee

Table describes the investment fee of this system. The registration fee for Website Development
6,000,000 Kyats for 3 months. The fee of laptop costs 4500,000 Kyats and other accessories costs
500,000 Kyats. Investment (Environmental Set Up) costs 110,000,000 Kyats for 3 months. If the
system has a problem , the renewal charges cost 500,000 Kyats.

Net Inflow

Table describes the net income for 5 years from the system. Business Local Brand Owners, get
10% of sale price as service cost. The advertisement fee for brand owners get 1,000,000 for first 2
year and will increase in next years. The delivery fee is 180000 per year and can also get additional
income from advertisement in next years. For the first year, we set a target sales 3,000,000 for one
month for each brand. And the next four years, the sales will increase month by month.
