CONTRACTOR shall provide the following engineering documents as final documents:

1. BASIC ENGINEERING PACKAGE


CONTRACTORS shall provide ENGINEERING DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS (Annex 1B­1) and
PRELIMINARY ​ OPERATING SAFETY AND LABORATORY MANUAL in ten (6) copies
according to Annex 1C including electronic files..

2. DETAIL ENGINEERING PACKAGE


i. Job Specification Book
Upon completion of engineering work, CONTRACTOR shall provide ten (6) sets, in the form
of hard bound volumes of "Job Specification Book". It shall contain the drawings, specification
and data which are generated by CONTRACTOR (does not contain vendor drawings and data).
Process (description, design basis, etc)
Process flow diagrams (*)
Catalysts and chemicals
Equipment list
Utility Data, Summary and Diagrams
Plot plan (*)
P & ID's (*)
Equipment and tagged materials Requisitions
Piping index
Insulation List and specifications
Effluent Treatment
Flare system
Relief valve summary

Area classification (*)
Control room layout (*)
Substation layout (*)

Note​
: For drawings marked with (*), the following additional copies are provided:
Original drawings
One complete set of reduced size A3 reproducible
One complete set of electronic files on CD.
ii. Mechanical Catalog
Upon completion of work, CONTRACTOR shall provide Six (6) sets, in the form of hard bound
volumes, of Mechanical Catalog for PROCESS UNITS/UNIT of each PLANT in accordance
with Annex 3J.
CONTRACTOR shall also provide:
one (1) reproducible plus
two (2) prints of ​

iii. Operating and Safety Manual


CONTRACTOR shall provide Six (6) sets, in the form of hard bound volumes of "Operating
and Safety Manual" in accordance with the format included in Annex 1C and also giving all
aspects of checking, testing, precommissioning and running of all EQUIPMENT included in
each PLANT, as per instructions given in Annex 3H.

iv. Quality Assurance Documents as far as applicable to be included in the Mechanical


Catalog
Upon completion of the work, CONTRACTOR shall provide six (6) sets, in the form of hard
bound volumes of "Quality Assurance Document" for ​
EQUIPMENT ​ a nd materials which
contains the following:
1. Welding Procedure Qualification Reports.
2. Welder Qualification Reports.
3. Radiographic procedure qualification.
4. Radiographic Reports. (Owner has a right to access to radiograph films)
5. Batch Test Certificates from manufactures for electrodes.
6. Materials Test Certificates for plates, pipes etc.
7. Hydrostatic and other test results and reports.
8. Pre­commissioning/commissioning check lists and procedures
9. All other requirements as specified in the respective specifications.

v. Approved for Construction Drawings


CONTRACTOR shall provide OWNER with one reproducible plus Six (6) prints of each
construction drawing/document stamped as "Approved For Construction" and shall be signed by
a responsible person to confirm that the drawings/documents are certified in all respects and in
all details.
vi. As Built Drawings
CONTRACTOR shall prepare but not limited to “As­Built” revisions of the following drawings
for PROCESS UNITS/UNIT of the PLANTS​ :
1. Plot plans (including Unit plot plans)
2. P&ID diagrams
3. Civil and structural drawings
4. Piping Arrangement drawings and isometrics
5. Electrical single line diagrams
6. Cable routing and wiring diagrams
7. Instrument loops and connection diagrams
8. All drawings prepared by EQUIPMENT vendor if they shall be revised according to the actual
situation at SITE during construction/erection, precommissioning and commissioning of
PLANTS.
9. Drawing of items buried or otherwise hidden from view, eg foundations, underground system,
cable runs, vessel internals etc.
10.CONTRACTOR ​ shall incorporate all modification for the as built drawings in the computer
model during the operation of the PLANTS on reimbursable basis.

vii.Floppy Disc or CD Storage


When all "AsBuilt" drawings have been completed, CONTRACTOR shall prepare Floppy
diskette or CD Storage of the following drawings:
1. CONTRACTOR'S drawing index
2. Vendor's drawing index
3. Foundations
4. Buildings
5. Structures
6. All ​
EQUIPMENT including reactors, towers and internals, heat exchangers, vessels, all
machinery equipment and etc. including their internals in detail.
7. Electrical
8. PFD’s and PID's
9. Instrument Layouts location drawings
10.Control panels
11.Plot plans
12.Under ground piping
13.Piping isometrics
14.Piping drawings of rack piping and off­site. Any new system proposed by CONTRACTOR
shall be reviewed and shall be APPROVED by OWNER.

viii. Maintenance Schedule (as far as applicable in Mechanical Catalog)


CONTRACTOR shall provide and submit ten (10) sets, in the form of hard bound Volumes of
"Maintenance Schedule" for each UNIT/PROCESS UNITS in accordance with Annex 3I.

ix. General Procedure Manual (included in Operating Manual)


CONTRACTOR shall provide ten (10) sets, in the form of hard bound volumes of "General
Procedure Manual" for each UNIT/PROCESS UNITS/PLANT giving all aspects of checking,
testing, pre­commissioning and running of all EQUIPMENT included in the PLANTS. This
manual shall be in accordance with Annex 3H.

x. Electronic Data File for drawings


CONTRACTOR shall provide electronic data file (in AUTOCAD Version 14 or higher) for the
following drawings:
Plot plans
PFD’S, P&ID’S
Single line electrical diagrams
Other engineering drawings developed by CONTRACTOR using CAD systems.

xi. Models for the PLANTS


CONTRACTOR shall provide the 3D Model of the PLANTS performed by CAD system (the
CAD system shall be proposed by Bidder in the proposal) according to the requirements as
defined in Annex 1B­2.
The Model of the PLANTS need to be developed from the Basic Engineering and to be
completed in Detailed, during Detail Engineering and next activities of the CONTRACTOR.

3. CONSTRUCTION & ERECTION


All document in respect to Construction, Erection and Pre­commissioning, commissioning, start­up
activities to be provided.
