PROFILESUMMARY
• Presently Working as: - Assistant manager of Industrial Engineering & IMS coordinator
• B.E MECH More than 8 years of experience in Quality assurance at Forging, CNC machine shop and
cutting tools plating, Casting, and plastic molding processes.
• Completed “SIX SIGMA Black Belt” program with
• Managing Supplier Rejections: -Supplier PPM has not exceeded 3000 since last 6 month against
target 7000. Now it is 2000PPM
• Managing picking, wrong picking and misplace of products –The daily rejection of parts was at
PDI inspection for wrong picking and part not found was 10nos. When we calculate the data of the
last two months data, we found that 60% of the rejection is for the wrong picking only. We have
prepared a process flow of subgroup as picking we found some parts are being missed during the
reading of DNs. Reading of the DN is not available and no awareness program is being conducted.
No product knowledge is evident. After Implementing this we evaluate 3 persons who have joined
recently and in next one month we have not such complain with them and we have horizontally
deployed to all pickers and skill matrix is also being mentioned Which is going to help us in next
project i.e., Eliminating Visual inspection for minimizing the dispatch time.

• In last 6 months able to save around 6,00,000 savings in operations.
• Completed QMS System/Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 on Oct-2021
• Experience on manufacturing processes like Forging, Machining, press shop, Plating shop die
assembly process. And also, on cutting tools, AutoCAD drafting, Process Development, Assembly
Process.
