Eligibility criteria
1. DB incentive minimum eligible for RE & RO is 10 lacs, RM is 20 lacs. Direct - 0.15%, DSA - 0.05% & Connector & Referral - 0.15% on Eligible DB amount (Pay-out for
a single case to be capped at ₹ 35,000). *highlighted
slab applicable only for RFS-RO (if the value is <10 lakh), after 9 month normal slab is applicable (Gating - Q2- minimum of 1 DB & Q3- minimum of 2 DB).
2. Formal Salaried customers sold @ >= 11.5% will get additional 0.2% Payout (on RAAC rate)
3. Retained incentive (25%) will be calculated on Direct incentive.
4. GOLD incentive is applicable only for NEW Bussiness (FRESH Gold DB). (With in 30 days closing will not pay for fresh Gold DB).
5. Minimum Premium of GI & LI is >5k & >15k respectively to eligible for incentive & for HOSPI CASH Rs: 75/Case.
6. Backlog incentives will be calculated sepratly and paid along with the current salary. 25% of the incentives will be claw back and paid after 12 months after checking
for delinquency. (For eg. Apr'21 retailned incentive will pay in Apr'22)
