3. Integrate 1 day reading instruction per week (beginning, developmental, content area, and recreational reading)
for all Key Stages.
4. Implement Beginning Reading Bridging Program (BRB) for Grades 1-4 for the month of September - October
5. Conduct bi-monthly monitoring of the Reading Program Implementation
6. Conduct Monthly Reading Activities and Quarterly Assessment of Learners Reading progress
7. Implement on-going assessment of learners’ progress in reading
8. Fully implement Project RACE initiatives
9. Institutionalize monthly reporting of the program implementation in the division, cluster, and schools.
10. Integrate literacy instruction strategies across content areas implementing the content area reading strategies.
