D: Mark is our Assayer A from Assay
Department. He was hired in 2016 with a
total of 7 years in service. He is married to
Ms. Madonna Carreon and they are blessed
with 3 children.
P: Mr. Manaois has demonstrated
leadership, diligence, initiative and
teamwork in his entire seven years in the
assay department. He works without
complaints and completes his task
efficiently and accurately.
D: He never hesitates to express his ideas
which he believes would improve
productivity and efficiency of the laboratory
and in turn would be beneficial for Lepanto.
P: Mark is very adept in multi-tasking and
leaves a job undone. He can also carry out
his job with very minimal or no supervision
at all. He is very flexible as demonstrated by
his ability to perform various tasks in
sample preparation, fire-assaying and even
laboratory analysis.

P: He is our Rock Mechanic Foreman under
Mine Geology department. He was hired on
March 15, 2004 with a total of 19 years in
Service. He is married to Claire Ann Bolislis
and blessed with 2 children.
D: His award is triggered by the fact that his
current position is not aligned to the degree
he finished which is agriculture.
P: His rise from the ranks is a testament to
his exceptional performance as an
individual worker and a team leader.
D: Many professionals and superiors
recognize his ability to self learn from
articles, books, and inquiry from experts.
P: He has been able to absorb the expertise
of his past bosses and is now confidently

able to work on those knowledge and skills
to execute his duties.
D: Most, if not all of, the current
presentations and slides about rock
mechanics in Lepanto are his authorships
and his efforts.
P: He has also been a good face of the
company in multiple CSR efforts during
assessment of community concerns on
ground-related events.
