 INTRODUCTION

We are group number two. The group is made up of the following members:

The name of our project is “Assertive communication between colleagues”.

The reason for this work is how students talk to each other, respecting their opinions from
empathy.

Our project consists of a conversation.

The dynamic is as follows: A group of students meet for the first time in "CEIDUNS", where
one of them will ask what happens after class, where they agree to go to the movies, also go
to the beach and thus little by little get to know each other thoroughly .

Scene 1: group work 1

Jhonatan: Hi guys, My name is Jonathan, nice to meet you.

Camila: It’s a pleasure, Jonathan. My name is Camila.

Paola: Me too Jhonatan and Camila, My name is Paola. He is my brother David.

David: Hi Jhonatan. What did you do before coming to class?

Jhonatan: Well, I've had breakfast.

Paola: What time do you have breakfast?

Jhonatan: I have breakfast at 5:30 am

Camila: You are so discipline. Sometimes I forget the breakfast.

David: Waoo, You have breakfast so early, so, what time do you get up?

Jhonatan: I get up at 5 am. and you?

Paola: I get up at 4:30 am. but my brother gets up at 6:30.

David: It's because I sleep late.

Camila: Same for me. I sleep at 12:30 a.m. or later.

Jhonatan: Well guys, we'll talk more about ourselves later, we have to move on with the
work.

Scene 2: group work 2

Omar: Hi guys, I hope I get along with you.

Yarely: Hello guys, my name is Yarely.

Cesar: A pleasure yarely, my name is cesar.

Omar: What are you going to do later?

Yarely: After English classes I have to go to biology class.

Cesar: I have to be home at 12 pm, because there will be a family reunion.

Omar: Waoo, I wanted to go with you to the park after class to talk.

Cesar: If you like, we can go out at 3 pm to the cinema to see a movie in a group

Omar: Wow that sounds fantastic

Yarely: I can't at that time, because I also have another class, which is mathematics.

Cesar: What time does your class finish?

Yarely: ends at 5 pm

Omar: so we go at 5:30 pm

Yarely: It's alright, I'll see you at that time.

Cesar:Well guys we have talked a lot, we have to get on with the task.

Scene 3: Group 1 being in the park.

Jhonatan: Hi guys, thanks for coming to the park to continue talking.

Paola: It's nice to have a friend to talk to.

David: I think the same too.

Camila: Also it’s funny to talk with you, guys.

Jhonatan: But guys you have nothing to do later.

David: Well we have classes at the university, I study economics.but I have at 3 pm

Paola: I have anatomy classes at 3:30 p.m.

Camila: I have a scholarly activity at 4:00 p.m. so I have time.

Jhonatan: Wow, I'm still on vacation, I'm just studying English.

David: Anyway. And what do you do in your spare time, Jhonatan?

Jhonatan: Well, I like to play video games. And you david?

David: Well, my sister and I in our free time go to a judo academy.

Paola: But also on weekends we travel with the family.

Camila: Travel is relaxing. I also travel but in holidays.

Jhonatan: I hardly ever travel with my family. but I always spend it with my family at home.

David: Anyway. Jhonatan and Camila, Do you have something to do tomorrow?.

Jhonatan: Let me think,..... no, I have nothing to do.

Paola: We were planning to go to the cinema tomorrow, do you want to come with us?

Jhonatan: Of course it would be a pleasure to go with you

Camila: Sorry but I can’t. When I am in classes my parents doesn’t let me go that far, but go
the three of you.

David: It’s a pity but the others What time can you?

Jhonatan: I can be at the cinema at 5 pm

Paola: At that time we will be getting ready, could it be 5:30 pm?

Jhonatan: Okey, at that time I'll be there

“Omar and Cesar are waiting for Yarely at the cinema”

Omar:Hello Cesar, you arrived just in time

Cesar: you too

Omar: And yarely what happened that he doesn't come, if you are neighbors.

Cesar: He had problems in his university classes, but he will arrive in 30 minutes.

Omar: It's ok, we just have to wait for it.

Cesar: While we go to Saga falabella to see what new things there are.

Omar: Ok. Lets go!

Scene 5: En el cine Grupo 01

David: He didn't tell me anything, now I'm writing to him.

Paola: Ask him if he is arriving or if we buy for the following schedule.

David: He just told me that he is already entering the mall.

Paola: I think I already saw it. let's call it.

Jhonatan: Hello guys, sorry for the delay, but there was traffic in Galvez.
David: Don't worry we are only 15 minutes ago.

Jhonatan: Have you already bought the tickets?

Paola: No, we are going to queue to buy it.

David: Buy the tickets sister, I want to go with Jhonatan to see a video game from the Saga
Falabella.

Paola: Don't delay anymore, it starts in 30 minutes.

David y Jhonatan: Okey.

Escena 6: MEETING OF BOTH GROUPS

Cesar: Omar they are not from our class?

Omar: If they are from our class, shall we greet them?

Cesar: Hello boys , what brings you here?

Jhonatan: We came to see a movie at the theater, but David's sister is still buying it.

Cesar: We already have our ticket for the movie that starts at 6:30 pm.

David: Wow, what a coincidence we too.

Omar: We are waiting for Yarely who had problems at the university.

Jhonatan: Why don't we go in and watch the movie in one group?

Cesar: yes it seems like a good idea

Omar: a moment that is calling yarely

Yarely: Hello Boys where are you?

Omar: we are in Saga Falabella. And You?

Yarely: I'm in the common room of the mall.

Omar: Ok, now we're coming for you.

Jhonatan: David calls your sister to find out if she's already bought and where she is.

Paola: Where are you, I am on the 2nd floor.

David: We are in the common room near the cinema.

Paola: Now I'm going to see them

David: Ok we are waiting for you.

Jhonatan: Come on guys, it's almost there for the movie to start:

David, Omar and Cesar: ok let's go

Escena 7 : all gathered before entering

Yarely: Guys in what position did you buy the seats?

Omar: seats are located in row G

Jhonatan: Wow, we sit above you.

Yarely: in which hall is it?

Paola: In wall 4, which is in front of the bathroom.

David: I thought it was wall 6 that is behind the food service.

Jhonatan: guys there is still time. who can go buy pop corn and drink?

César: Guys, I'm going to buy drinks and food to be comfortable watching the movie.

David: Good idea. Today is a hot day, we need to freshen up.

Cesar: Yes, we can coordinate to go to the beach tomorrow.

Paola: I can't tomorrow, I have classes all day. I'm free on Sunday.

Yarely: Yes, better on Sunday. Most of us are free on Sundays.

Omar: Okay guys, so Sunday to go to the beach. Shall we bring lunch? or buy in
restaurants.

Johatan: We better buy in restaurants. I take time to cook.

Jonatan: I'll bring my lunch. I am allergic to fish and shellfish.

Caesar: We didn't know. The main thing that we can share a pleasant moment with each
other.

Yarely: Well, then on Sunday at 9 in the morning. Meeting point in the main square.

Scene 8: Going to the beach:

Jonatan: Hey Omar, are you so punctual?

Omar: Hello Omar, that's how I am. The others are delaying.

Jonatan: Look, over there comes Yarely

Omar: And on the other side comes Cesar with David.

Cesar, David and Yarely: Sorry for the delay.

Omar: Don't worry anymore.

Yarely: I was able to buy sunscreen.

Jonatan: Well, it's time to go to the beach and enjoy the day.

conclusion

In this conversation we already see how these students talk to each other and the
way how they talk.

It’s a clear example of assertive communication, because in the conversation every

student has respectful and empathy when they talk. An assertive communication
between colleagues is possible when you use these values when you are treating
others.

In conclusion, we work in groups to be able to carry out all our dialogue, making use
of what we have learned in class, that is why we use grammar questions about what
tense, university topics, present simple, adverb of frequency and about buildings
