Project Deep Narrative Report
Project Deep Narrative Report
I. Introduction:
Project DEEP was implemented in August 2022 with the primary goal of increasing stakeholder
participation in school projects. The project aimed to engage both internal and external stakeholders
in various school projects and activities. The project team carried out various activities such as
mapping stakeholders and conducting an orientation campaign to strengthen the partnership. This
narrative report outlines the implementation process and its outcomes.
Prior to the implementation of the project, a team was formed to plan and prepare for the project.
The team consisted of school administrators, teachers, and community members. Before the
implementation of the project, the school conducted a needs assessment to identify the current
level of stakeholder participation in school projects. The assessment revealed that the level of
engagement was relatively low, and stakeholders' interests were not being adequately addressed.
Based on the findings, the project's objectives, goals, and strategies were developed to address the
identified gaps.
Mapping of Stakeholders:
The first step in implementing Project DEEP was to map the stakeholders involved in the school's
projects. The project team identified different groups of stakeholders, including parents, alumni,
community leaders, local businesses, and government agencies. The team collected data on their
interests, motivations, and potential contributions to the school's projects.
Orientation/Awareness Campaign:
After mapping the stakeholders, the project team conducted an orientation campaign to inform
them about the school's ongoing projects. The team used different communication channels such as
social media and face-to-face meetings to reach out to stakeholders.
During the orientation campaign, the team explained how stakeholders could get involved in every
school programs and activities. They also provided information about the ongoing school projects
and their potential benefits to the school and the community. The team emphasized the importance
of stakeholder participation in achieving the school's goals. The participants shared their insights and
gave suggestions to address the gap.
Implementation Stage:
The project was implemented in three phases. The first phase involved the development of a
communication plan to disseminate information about the project to all stakeholders. The
communication plan included the use of various communication channels, such as the school
website, social media platforms, and email. The second phase involved the formation of various
working committees composed of both internal and external stakeholders to oversee the
implementation of various school projects. The third phase involved the implementation of various
projects and activities aimed at increasing stakeholder participation. Some of the projects
implemented include:
Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) Meetings: The school organized regular PTA meetings to
provide a platform for parents to share their views, concerns, and suggestions regarding
school projects and activities.
Brigada Eskwela: The school conducted Brigada Eskwela to promote community
involvement in preparing public schools for the opening of classes. The program also
provides an opportunity for stakeholders to discuss and address issues and concerns related
to the school's facilities and operations.
Student-led Projects: The school encouraged students to take a more active role in
developing and implementing various school projects. This approach was aimed at fostering
student leadership and participation.(List down some SPG projects)
