The participants in the activity will be a composite of the following:

 Grade 12 students, class advisers, other teachers, school heads and parents of the graduating
students.

 Decorations, ribbons, snacks, sound system, arm chairs, candles

G. Source of Fund: Grade 12 Class and HPTA Fund

H. Budget: Php. 4, 000.00

II. BACKGROUND AND RATIONALE

Development of students should be holistic in nature. The knowledge and skills they acquire inside
the classroom enhance their academic development. One aspect of development of students that needs to be
addressed is the social growth. Social aspect of every learner is to be developed to make the personality wholesome.
Students need to learn how to be prim and proper in formal occasions.
 It is expected that students will get out from their comfort zones as they pursue their tertiary
education. Reinforcing their knowledge with skills on how to deal with people the proper way is equipping them with
life skills they can use wherever they go. The millennial world of youths today requires the skills of handling self in
different situation and occasions.

Putting an end of collaborative efforts through celebration will make the experience of the students
in the school meaningful and memorable. It is undeniable that occasions with a formal ceremony is not common to
all parents considering the financial requirement of such activity. The celebration as a class will meaningfully make
the year end separation experiential to the students. The occasion will help parents, students and teachers nurture
the talents and skills of the students.

Meanwhile, parents will be involved to witness the socialization night of the students and to assure the
safety and security of every participant considering the time of its celebration. The activity will be an opportunity for
the students to express their gratitude to their parents, friends and teachers as their mentors while in the school.

With these citations, this activity is initiated.

III. OBJECTIVES: The Graduation Ball activity aims to:

1. To advocate and reinforce awareness of students in their social development.

IV. METHODOLOGIES: For effective facilitation of the activity, the proponents will use the combinations of
the following methodologies:
Collaboration to parents
individual and group presentations

 VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION:

A questionnaire will be used as tool to evaluate the overall conduct of the activity.
