    Operations Executive (Intern)

    2023 Freshers with a Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
    Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Purpose of the Role

    We are seeking hard-working and dedicated individuals for this key role in our Operations.
    This role will require frequent visits to Medical Colleges/Hospitals and vendor premises across
    India, as part of fulfilling the key responsibilities. This position is pivotal in maintaining the
    efficiency and effectiveness of our operational processes. As an Operations Executive Intern,
    you will play a vital role in coordinating orders, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring
    seamless movement of products between locations and customers across India.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating orders,


    restocking, and tracking inventory movements. Your attention to detail will contribute
    to maintaining optimal stock levels.

    • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating the movement of products or materials


    between different locations at customer sites across India. Your efforts will ensure
    timely deliveries and efficient transportation.

    • Supplier Collaboration: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to guarantee the


    timely delivery of goods and services, fostering strong partnerships.

    • Operational Projects: Assist in executing operational projects, such as


    implementations, process reengineering, and facility improvements, contributing to the
    enhancement of our operational capabilities.

    • Document Management: Assist in creating and maintaining operational documents,


    including manuals, procedures, and reports. Your organized approach will ensure clear
    documentation of operational processes.

    • Project Support: Provide operational support to various projects by coordinating


    tasks, timelines, and resources. Your proactive coordination will contribute to project
    success.
    • Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter and maintain accurate data in operational
    systems, databases, or software. Your attention to detail ensures reliable data for
    informed decision-making.

    • Reporting: Compile and generate reports related to operational performance,


    resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your reporting will provide
    insights into operational effectiveness.

    • Day-to-Day Support: Assist with various tasks that arise in the company's day-to-day
    operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of the organization.

    • Time Management: Juggling various tasks, projects, and deadlines necessitates

    High to Moderate in a month across India based on business needs travelling to Medical
