Badac Resolution

The meeting of the BADAC of Barangay Ariosa resolved to remove Mr. Romel P. Gajeto from the list of Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs) in the barangay. This is because Mr. Gajeto has transferred his residency to Cagayan de Oro City over a year ago and no longer lives in Barangay Ariosa. The resolution was unanimously approved and signed by the BADAC chairman, barangay kagawads, SK chairman, NGO representative, chief tanod, and representatives from schools and faith-based organizations.

A RESOLUTION FRO THE DELATION OF MR. ROMEL PAT GAJETO IN THE LIST OF PWUDS (PERSON
WHO USED DRUGS) IN THE BARANGAY ARIOSA, MOLAVE, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Board Regulation No. 3 Series of 2017 of the Dangerous Drug
Clearing Program, there is a need to established the residency of PWUDS in every barangay.
WHEREAS, Mr. Romel P. Gajeto transferred / work to the Cagayan de Oro since 2020 until
present.
WHEREAS, Mr. Romel P. Gajeto. transferred his residency for more than a year.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Mr. Jose Manayan, and duly seconded by Hon. Jason C.
Embalsado be it,
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to delete Mr. Romel P. Gajeto in the list of PWUDS
(Person Who Use Drugs) in Barangay Ariosa, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned offices and agencies
for their reference and guidance.
UNANIMOUSLY CARRIED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2022.
