ABSTRACT

Costing Management System is to automate the costing sheet which is

a document showing information regarding cost per unit of product. Costing is
done to estimate the target price of a product. It includes all the activities like
purchase of raw materials and accessories, knitting fabrics, processing and
finishing of fabrics, sewing and packing of garments, transport and conveyance.

In the traditional analogical method of costing it is difficult to find out

costs for every process because indirect costs may be failed to estimate. The
method of making costing depends upon garment style. Each product will have
different price according to its quality. The estimation of costs by the analytical
method is used during development and production phases to estimate the
production costs of a new product.

The proposed system perform payroll processing which is the sum of all
personal and financial records of wages, bonuses and allowances for employees.
The wages is computed based on attendance. The system does not require
additional hours spent on cross validations, report preparation, archiving. It
generates invoice which includes name and contact details of the buyer, products
descriptions, quantities, Payment terms and agreed prices for products.

The project includes creation of website which promotes business to

drive foreign sales by showcasing the products information. The website contains
data entry forms, where the website visitors can request information or enter
customer service data which are ideal tools for tracking visitor’s interest. The chief
purpose of Most Wanted Response is to have the visitor go through the link to
order the product and to generate contact information for a future lead.
