Ubud Green Resort Villas

Ubud Green is a modern interpretation of Balinese local culture. It is a design that
compensates for the impact that it makes on the environment. The property is a fine
example of ‘green architecture’. Indigenous vegetations are implanted in living rooftops
and vertical walls. Ubud Green makes the most possible efforts to restore the nature in
the area where the property is built. Ubud Green is an eco conscious resort, conserving
water and energy, taking positive steps in applying chemical and toxic FREE building
materials. Ubud Green overlooks terraced rice fields with lush green paddies where fresh
hill breeze blows.

Ubud Green had a soft opening on 15 June 2011 by the support of local residents as our
dedicated employees. Our employees are mostly local residents whom benefit from Ubud
Green presence in their village. In return, Ubud Green gets their loyalty and jointly

The Service

Personalized Hospitality
Ubud Green offers a unique brand of personalized hospitality that begins as soon as an
online reservation is made. Our E-Concierge will communicate directly with guests to
fully prepare for their arrival. This may involve stocking the villa with a preferred wine or
ordering fresh flowers to surprise a loved one.

Along with exceptional in-house service, Ubud Green will also provide guests with a
mobile phone for outside excursions and shopping trips. A quick call will ensure a time
effective pick-up from a designated location by an Ubud Green driver.

The Villas
Ubud Green is a collection of 16 contemporary styled villas harmonizing with the
surrounding natural environment and the traditional culture of Bali. Each villa is a private
sanctuary named with Balinese nature element, and complimented with Butler service.

Ten spacious Ubud Green Villas offer rice paddy views, plunge pool & sundeck, spacious
living and dining room, kitchenette, wine cellar and modern appliances. Ubud green
offers all the comforts of home and more, in lush tropical environment.

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Check in/out times

Your check-in time is 14:00 hours and check-out is at 12:00 hours. A late check-
out after 12:00 hours or anytime between 12:00 hours – 18:00 hours, should be
requested in advance and is chargeable at 50% of the room rate. Check-out after
18:00 hours will therefore be chargeable at a full-night’s rate and subject to
availability

4. Terms of Payment
50% non deposit (of the total reservation value) transferred to our IDR or USD
bank account is requested upon making confirm

• Low Season
¾ Cancellation more than 7 days, 50% charge for total number of
nights per room reserved
¾ Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the arrival will be charged in
full for the total number of nights per room reserved.

• High Season
¾ Cancellation more than 14 days, 50% charge for total number of
