 The "Calculate Income Expense Online" project aims to provide individuals


with a user-friendly and efficient solution for managing their financial
transactions. By leveraging the power of web technologies such as HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript, the project offers an intuitive online platform that
allows users to track and analyze their income and expenses in a
convenient and organized manner.

 By empowering users with the necessary tools and insights, the project aims
to improve financial literacy, promote responsible spending, and ultimately
contribute to the achievement of personal financial goals.
INTRODUCTION

 The “Calculate income expense online” is a web-based application


designed to help individuals track and manage their income and expenses
effectively. It provides a user-friendly interface for adding transactions,
categorizing them, and analyzing spending patterns.

 This is a simple web app that provides a means for users to record their
income and expenses. It helps you to keep track of your spending and
cash inflow.
EXISTING SYSTEM

 The existing system for personal income and expense tracking often
involves manual methods, such as maintaining spreadsheets or physical
registers. However, these methods can be time-consuming and prone to
errors.

 Users often face challenges in organizing and categorizing transactions ,


leading to difficulties in analysing their financial data accurately.
DRAWBACKS OF EXISTING SYSTEM

 The drawbacks of the existing system include the lack of automation,


limited data visualization, and the potential for data entry errors. Manual
tracking methods require users to manually input each transaction, which
can be tedious and error-prone.

 Additionally, the absence of comprehensive data visualization tools makes


it difficult for users to gain insights into their spending patterns and financial
trends.
PROPOSED SYSTEM

 The proposed Income Expense Tracker aims to overcome the limitations of


the existing system by offering a user-friendly and automated solution. The
software will provide features such as:

 Transaction Management: Users can easily enter and categorize


income and expenses, reducing the need for manual data entry.
 User-Friendly Interface: The software will provide an intuitive and easy-
to- navigate interface, allowing users to access and manage their
financial data effortlessly.
