jawline exercices :
* mouth side to side : take ur liips and form a kiss and take ur mouth side to side
( 50 reps on each side)
* the chin on fist : sit down put ur elbow on ur knees and ur fist under ur chin
and open and close ur mouth
* chin out : push ur chin out
* side 2 side tongue out : rotate ur head and slightly look up and get ur tongue
out
* open ur mouth as wide as u can and move forward as if u're finna bite smthg or
inverse it by moving backwards while biting as well
* chewing gum helps too
* mewing : always maintatining closed lips and press your tongue against ur mouth
with teeth slightly touching only from tha back
as for frontal teeth the lower teeth should be just behind the upper teeth
