Please summarize the learning you got from the first video session of CSD.

Summary Session 1:
The training focuses on the skills needed to enter and remain in the corporate work culture. When
applying for a job, your skill set is most important. Documentation or certifications are nothing if you
didn't learn some important skills while working toward them. While in school, students should work
on their communication skills by participating in academic activities or learning how to communicate
with others of the opposite gender. Communication is an important skill to have.The following are
critical skills required for corporate employment:
1. Their ability to take courses based on their interests and grow academically.
2. Another important talent is the ability to use computer programs such as Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.
3.The third critical competency is documentation and reporting abilities. Documentation in the
sense of creating, organizing, and keeping a record should be known to you. Our perspective on
the skills we do have should be clear.
4. Communication, the fourth critical skill, has previously been mentioned, implying that you should
have been an effective communicator. Communication skills go beyond verbal connection and can
include writing emails, notices, reports, and so on. Communication does not necessitate proficiency
in a language, such as English, but rather the ability to talk in that language.
What is most important is your ability to demonstrate that the skills you demonstrated are those in
which you are actually adept. You should show off your abilities to others. The six skills listed above
can help you improve your resume. Avoid clogging up your CV with useless abilities such as
management, politics, socializing, dealing with people, cooking, and so on.
While working on this summary session, I reviewed some of my abilities, including the following:
1. Teamwork and cooperation (I feel they are essential to an organization's success).

2. I consider myself an exceptional learner who appreciates new challenges.

3. Capable of speaking effectively.
4. Be familiar with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Please summarize the learning you got from the second video session of CSD.

Summary Session 2:

The first stage is to decide what you want to do; the next is to start planning how you will do it, how
you will prepare, and how much time you will spend to it. You must put a lot of work into whatever
you have planned for the future and make all the required preparations. Because success in any
topic is impossible without preparation. You must have faith in your skills. Even if all you intend to
do is apply for jobs, you still need to be prepared, aware of your skills, and in possession of a well-
formatted resume.

A popular saying goes, "Follow your passion," which simply means to follow what you find satisfying
and that matches you. It is necessary to adhere to two additional Ps, namely Purpose and
Practicality. You can only advance if you follow the three Ps. As a result, you will grow attached to
what you are doing and nobody will be able to stop you. You should be conscious of your
motivations, such as your desire for popularity or financial gain, because that is the reason you are
trying something new. Your goal must be really potent in order to be effective. You must be very
practical before following your passion or making a goal.

Summary Session 3:

In the last session, it became clear what skills are required for success in the corporate world and
what success means, including the importance of passion, purpose, and practicality. The major
topics of this session are what needs to be done, how to acquire what we desire, and how to
enhance your abilities.

Purging yourself of all negative energy is the first thing you should concentrate on doing in order to
achieve something. Anything that is impeding your success falls under this category. Many people
are aware of what they want, but because negativity permeates their existence, they are unable to
achieve it. I have to swiftly set all of that aside in order to concentrate.

Here are some important lessons that everybody has to learn.

1. Steer clear of politics. Refrain from participating in political matters. It's completely acceptable to
watch the news to stay informed, but it's not acceptable to take part in conversations and debates.

2. Try to remove negative people from your life. Stop chasing after those that don't care about you
or your supporters.

3. Start the negotiation. Don't waste money on things you don't want.

These things are crucial because they help us manage our time and energy more effectively. Avert
squandering your time and energy on several unnecessary activities. Try to be energy-conscious.
Time and energy remain constant. Understanding how much energy you should expend and
conserve will help you be more productive.

Summary Session 4:
A parameter that describes how one factor affects other factors is called sensitivity. Sensitivity
analysis is a type of financial model that assesses the impact of changes in input variables on
target variables. There are three different forms of sensitivity analysis, each of which has a
significant impact on your life:

1. Analyzing theoretical sensitivity Theoretical sensitivity analysis is the study of how the output
uncertainty of a mathematical model or system can be partitioned and allocated to various
sources of input uncertainty. Scientists, data scientists, engineers, and medical professionals
all employ sensitivity analysis.

2. Practical sensitivity analysis, often referred to as sensitivity analysis to comprehend, is used

when you need to be selective in your decision-making. Realizing what matters most is a necessary
step. Important information about sensitivity analysis that students frequently find difficult to
understand. Being sensitive is putting your attention on what matters to you rather than on what
doesn't. Test scores are not as significant as intelligence. Communication is more crucial than
English language ability. Your degree and the lessons you've learned are what matter, not whether
you dropped out.
3. Personal sensitivity evaluation Personal sensitivity (Sensitivity analysis to hide) describes how a
person reacts under specific conditions. You shouldn't let others know if you have a sensitive side
since they can try to take advantage of you.
The majority of political parties do their business in a pragmatic manner. When it comes to water,
roads, and other resources, one will be more sensitive as a voter, but more so when it comes to
religion.

1. In the first video lesson, "Analyzing the Skillset," the topic is simply what skill sets are required for
employment in a corporate setting and which ones shouldn't be listed on a resume. The emphasis
of the video session is on identifying the skill sets that a person already possesses as well as those
that they still need to acquire.
2. "Defining Success" is the title of the second video lesson. It all boils down to how you define
success and create your own definition. People succeed when they have three important Ps:
passion, purpose, and practicability. In order to succeed, you basically need to have no doubts
about anything—your skill, passion, goal, or anything else.
3. The third video lesson, "Time and Energy Management," covers energy management. You're not
very energetic. Try to save your energy for the things that are really important to you. You must rid
oneself of all negative thoughts in order to develop new talents. The main takeaways from this
