Personal manager : Hi , thanks for coming today, I’m miss Alleya Naziera, nice to meet you
Candidate Hello, I’m Safiya. Nice to meet you too
Personal manager : Please have a seat
Candidate : Thankyou Miss Alleya
Personal manager : Have you read the information about this job?
Candidate : Yes, it sounds very interesting
Personal manager : What is your field of study ?
Candidate : I studied graphic design at Kolej Vokasional Kuala Krai
Personal manager : Great. Can you tell me about your present job?
Candidate : Well, at the moment i mostly work in T-shirt and jersey design and also
photography
Personal manager : How long have you been working in this position?
Candidate : I’ve worked in this job for four years.
Personal manager : Well that’s exactly the kind of person we need here. Why do you think
you will be good for this job ?
Candidate : I think I have good skills in photography. The pictures that i took are
aesthetic. I also have some experience in photo editing in Adobe editing
in Adobe Ilustration. As you can see from my work , I design jersey
shirts with my creativity. Most of my works received compliment from
our clients.
Personal manager : Okay, as you know we need someone to work here from 8.00 am to 5.00
pm, 6 days a week. Will you be able to cope with that?
Candidate : Yes, I’m confident that I can do that
Personal manager : Lastly , can you tell me why do you want me to choose you for this job?
Candidate : I really want to work in marketing. This is a great opportunity for my
career and i think i have the right skills for the job. My I know how
much will i be paid?
Personal manager : About rm2000 per month. Then, shall we give you a trial period of say
one month ? if you agree, you can start working tomorrow.
Candidate : Yes, i agree with that. Thank you Miss Alleya for giving me the
opportunity to work in this company. I will do my best and will not let
you down.
Personal manager : You are welcome. I hope you will enjoy working here with us and
always give your best in every task that is given to you later.
Candidate : I will , Miss
Personal manager : I will see you tomorrow morning.
Candidate : Alright, Miss. I will take my leave for now. Thank you. Goodbye.
Personal manager : Goodbye.
