Here are two pictures I took of classroom routines employed by the Resource Teacher that are worth emulating: [PICTURE 1] This picture shows students lining up neatly before leaving the classroom for recess. Having an orderly process for transitioning between activities helps keep students focused and reduces disruptions. [PICTURE 2] This picture shows the classroom rules poster on the wall. Displaying clear expectations for behavior reinforces the rules and helps students understand what is required of them. Referring back to the rules also gives the teacher a way to gently redirect misbehavior. Overall, the routines modeled positive classroom management strategies like establishing clear procedures, displaying rules visually, and providing structure during transitions. ANALYZE

Analyze the routines set by the Resource Teacher by answering the following questions.
1. Were the routines effective in ensuring discipline and order in the class? Why? Why not?
- Yes it is. Because providing an effective routine can make the class more organized, also
they are aware of what are they going to do. Routines can discipline every learners to a
better order of class.
2. Which of those routines were systematic and consistently implemented? Explain your answer.

- In morning the class starts with a prayer followed with an exercise, checking of
attendance, recall of previous lesson. Those routines are practiced regularly.

REFLECT

Reflect on the various routines observed.


1. Which of the routines will you most likely apply in your class? Why? Why not?
- In my class I will apply the same routines but most likely I will first have an warm up
exercises before praying and checking attendance. Why? Because other learners are
not yet warmed up coming to school, so as a teacher we need to keep them motivated
and active we have to be energetic to push the learners to be more productive and
active.

Observe a class and list down the classroom rules formulated by the Resource Teacher. Cite the
importance of these rules.

Classroom Rules Importance


Listen Carefully It is very necessary inside the classroom to remind
the learners that every time the teacher talk in
the front the learners have to listen carefully.
Because of this they are aware about their own
behavior during class discussion.

Speak Fluently Learners are aware that every time that they are
going to speak something they have to speak
fluently, for a better communication between
learners and teacher.
Read Carefully Reminding the learners that every time they read
something they have to read it carefully and
surely. This is very important in learners reading
skill to be developed.
Write Neatly It is very necessary in insuring learners goo hand
written, as a teacher we have to teach them to
write clean and readable.
View Keenly It is very necessary in having some presentations
and video clips, if a learners have practiced to do
this rules they are going to be aware on how to do
when viewing.

ANALYZE

1. Analyze each given rule. What circumstances led to the formulation of the rule?
- I think the circumstances that led to the formulation of this rules is the awareness of children
to their learning, because learning is not all about learning only. Learning should also possess
morality and discipline that suits to every eye of people.
2. Are classroom rules really important?
- Yes it’s very important to have rules inside the classroom, not just because of the rules every
learners are organized, rules also give discipline to every learners. Rules influences children’s behavior
and morality inside and outside the classroom.

REFLECT

Reflect on the various classroom rules set by the Resource Teacher. Will you have the same
rules? If not, what rules are you going to employ? Explain your answer.
 I’m going to employ a different rule, this rules will amplify the rules inside the classroom
that a students must do. This rules containing of giving an strict rules for children but
also giving them freedom. Respect each other, no racism, no bullying, and always
maintain safety and cleanliness.
