Dopamine is the hormone of desire that influences our actions. When we do activities that release dopamine, our brain associates those activities with feeling good. This causes us to want to repeat those dopamine-releasing activities. There are two types of dopamine - "cheap" dopamine from instant gratification activities like social media and junk food, and "healthy" dopamine from long-term goals requiring effort over time. Our brains are wired to prefer cheap dopamine. However, by eliminating cheap dopamine sources and pursuing real goals, our brains can learn to prefer the healthy dopamine that leads to lasting fulfillment rather than temporary fixes. Companies manipulate dopamine triggers to addict users and maximize profits from constant short-term content and excitement.

What is dopamine?

……It is a neurotransmitter in the brain that is made up of h3o2c6

That is all bull …... I am not here to talk about its chemical structure or biological stuff at all. how
people get addicted to porn, alcohol, social media, drugs, music, and sugar. Why would you
spend hours scrolling down ticktock but not getting your stuff done? It is all here ……...

If you understand how this wonderful tool works you will get results never expected. dopamine
is the hormone of desire. everything we do in our life satisfies a certain amount of dopamine that
makes us come over stuff more and more and never come back for other stuff. When you do an
action that activates dopamine your unconscious brain relates between that action and the
amount of dopamine released. so, whenever you desire that type of dopamine you automatically
do that same action. To understand it more we must know that our brain dominates effortless
and highest dopamine action. that is why you lay down on your bed with a cookie in your hand
watching some stuff and not going to the gym. But how do some people go to the gym?
because there are 2 types of dopamine cheap dopamine (toxic) and healthy dopamine your
brain dominates the cheap but if eliminated it and discipline yourself to the healthy one your life
will change 180.

The healthy dopamine

The one that requires high effort you do yourself and it just gives a high impact in the long run
(achieving goals). Achieving goals gives you a huge amount of dopamine but it requires a lot of
time. there is a trick to overcome that by breaking down your goals into smaller ones that are
achieved easily so you are in the constant workflow and dopamine.

The cheap dopamine

Our actions are all influenced by this one. It doesn’t require a lot of effort but gives you a lot of
dopamine in a short period of time then it drops to a low level so you need It activated again so
you do the same cheap dopamine action. Depending on external factors of happiness that give
you cheap dopamine makes your mood, feelings, and happiness always troubled and disturbed.

Solution

By eliminating cheap dopamine sources, you will feel boredom and mood off and feel like you
need to get back to them it will be hard at the begging but when you start trying new types of
real dopamine your brain will depend on them and forget the cheap ones, they become
undesirable. you could cut it gradually so it would be easier

I remember the type of people saying, “Oh, I have anxiety depression, and stress. The
chemicals in my brain is so and so “. your screen time on TikTok and Snapchat is over 8h and
you saying chemicals. thank god your brain is still functioning. Your brain needs continuous
excitement and enjoyment but life is not like this working, exercising, and acting as a man is not
fun. So, when you understand how your brain works, what real life is, and how dopamine
influences your actions, you will understand how companies simulate your emotions to
maximize their profit. that is why short content is a new update in every social media app, and
that is why ticktock videos are full of music and sometimes phonographic material to be on the
line of excitement with your brain and make you get addicted so you use more so they can
make more money from advertisements. It’s all materialistic without looking to the dangerous
side effects
