Payment FAQ

Hi,
We are aware that the payment process might raise questions. Please go through the list
below where we replied to the most common queries.

1) I have not received my payment yet. Why do I have to wait to get my payment?

- We proceed to payment every second week, on the 15th and last day of the month.
Be patient, after this date the payment will need a few more working days to arrive
on your bank account. If the project coordinator did not contact you, everything is in
order with the information you provided us to process your payment and it will arrive
promptly.

- To have an idea of the time needed to receive your payment, count a month after
completing the task to receive it. (Do not forget to send the screenshot of the app with
the 11 videos uploaded, you can submit your screenshot here).

- It will not make the payment process faster if you send an email.
What could make the process slower and delay the payment is that if you do not provide
a verified PayPal account. You will find here the steps to verify your PayPal account.

-For locations being paid via CMP Hyperwallet your information was recorded and
confirmed when you registered. You only need to wait until your payment is processed
and you receive notification that you have received payment.

- The one month period to receive your payment is if no issue occurs.

Sometimes we are provided with wrong information and then the payment is delayed.
We are sorry in advance if such a situation occurs and we will do our maximum to fix it
as soon as we can. Be sure that we want to provide you with the best experience of
working with us. We keep our communication professional and polite and we will
be grateful if you do the same.

2) I would like to change my PayPal Account info:

It is important that you provide the right PayPal account information at first.
We can, exceptionally, change that PayPal information if the payment has not been
processed yet. (Be aware that could delay the payment). If the payment has been sent
and received in a wrong PayPal account, there is nothing we can do. In case you want to
change PayPal info, submit your PayPal account here.

3) I completed the task and would like to be paid.

When you have completed the task you have to send us a screenshot of the collection
app as a proof that all 11 videos have been uploaded. Then we will proceed to payment.

4) My PayPal doesn’t work, can you do direct bank transfer?

The payment of the project will be processed by PayPal. If we proceed to payment via
PayPal in the country you are located, it is because we have been verifying the doability
of such payment beforehand.
While applying for the project you agree with this payment mode and provide us with
your PayPal account. If your PayPal account does not work make sure you have
been verifying it when you created it.

5) Is the fee per video/why have I only received $XX when I sent 11 videos?

The incentive communicated during your application is for the completion of the
full task, meaning the 11 videos. That information was well stated in the application
form that you filled in and signed.

6) Are there any more jobs like this available? Please recommend me for work.

our AI community platform you will be contacted to participate in different projects.

7) If I recommended people to this project, can you give me some small compensation for
working with you?

At the moment, we do not have a referral incentive for this project. You can, anyway,
share the project with your friends or relatives. It could help them as much as us.

8) Can someone else use my PayPal/can I use someone else’s PayPal?

The answer is yes, you can use someone else's PayPal account.
We set up a limitation of 4 participants using the same PayPal account.
