QUICK REFERENCE LIST OF RESETTING A-320 COMPUTERS

(compiled from FCOM+QRH by Christian Wass)

General notes:

The CB reset times are minimum times in most cases (exception FMGC)
If a reset fails to restore a system, as a last resort, power down the aircraft
completely for at least 5 mins. If ground power is available cabin lights can be
powered by the ground maintenance bus. Unless otherwise stated only one
computer to be reset at a time. Circuit breakers to be pulled for at least 10 secs
before reset.

In Flight:

As a general rule, resetting by means of circuit breakers must be restricted to

those listed in the procedures. Before taking any action on circuit breakers not
mentioned in the procedures, the consequences of such actions must be
anticipated and fully understood.

On The Ground:

Resetting must be confined to circuit breakers listed below in order to regain

control of the relevant system. If necessary, however, ANY computer may be
reset on the ground with the exception of the following:

ECU and EIU if an engine is running or BSCU in the aircraft is not stationary
