1. Define what is ERP


Answer:
Enterprise Resource Planning or ERP is a system that is implemented by
companies to support and service their operations. This system is an integrated and
multi-module application software package that is needed to run a company. It
integrates planning, inventory purchasing, marketing, accounting, and other functions.

2. What is your understanding about Enterprise?


Answer:
Enterprise is a profitable business that is operated by an individual/entrepreneur.

3. What do you think are the benefits of ERP systems?


Answer:
Using an ERP system can give various advantages to the company. It can
improve business operations. It will improve the efficiency of the operation. It improves
accuracy and productivity by eliminating the redundancy of the information. They can
improve their business report, they benefit from improved real-time data reporting from a
centralized system. Having a great business report helps them to plan, budget and
communicate appropriately.
4. Can you give an example of related technologies of ERP?
Answer:
One of the related technologies in ERP is Supply chain management / SCM. It
involves supply activities such as planning, execution, management, and monitoring. An
ERP solution handles the physical components of supply, such as storage and
transportation, as well as the market size of successfully managing demand and supply
to satisfy client requests.
5. Why do you think organization should implement for an ERP system?
Answer:
The number one reason for companies to implement the ERP system is to
increase the efficiency of their company. ERP software also enables you to simplify
many of your procedures, resulting in increased efficiency across the manufacturing
process. This implies less duplication, better resource allocation, and less downtime.
