It emphasizes that OI represents open positions of option writers while volume accumulates from all trades and provides signals about price movement and reversals. 2) Backtesting is recommended to understand how often stop losses are hit and estimate an appropriate stop loss level. Technical indicators like SMA, divergence, and candlestick patterns can provide buy/sell signals if backtested properly. 3) Key levels like support, resistance, and rounded numbers act as pivots. You are on page 1/ 2

1) Test Nifty50 on 1M Tf with my SMA 9/50/180 Buy/SELL indicator with Divergence Indicator.

You wll observe that the BUY/SELL indicator has performed excellently and the divergence has done
miracle. Even a small move worth capturing and can help making huge money.
The above mentioned indicators are saved in my list in tradingviw.

2) Probabilty- Need to understand the backtesting methods to see how many times the SL is killed.

3) SL killing is intentional thus an estimated linit can be known. A proper BACKTESTING will get you
the right estimate of SL.

4) For my BUY SELL SAM 9/50/180…..for 1 D TF..if it gives a SELl observe for atleast how many days
market is dropping or atleast going belwo that particllar lever……similar thought must be given to BUY
signal also.

5) Can we draw an indicator or alert that gives signal when candle high/low or wick high low of a
number of candle ( no. Need to be backtested and researched more) is broken. Idea is to draw a
virtual trend line and see if it works.

6) Extremes of RSI that is over bought and over sold regions give a pretty good idea about actual
strength in the market. Trdaes in thses regions can be fruitful.

7) The market comes to eat even the smallest SLs whatever it may be.

8) Last two candle low/high is a good stretegy for exit/entry.

2) YTUBE SHORTS
Whether market will open GAP UP, FLAT or GAP DOWN. We get answer to this question by refering to
International Markets - rfer Moneycontrol.com and see SGXnifty on these websites and think at what
time should u see the data - 830 am,…SGX+ or -..if you see its opening +25 or -25…Nifty will open
more or less the same way. Nift 50 follows NiftySGX. This will only help you have a mindset.

3) NIOTA App - VirtualTrading app on G Play

Start paper trading on it. With free 10 L.
Neostox…is another app

4) Volumes and OI keep the Mkt price struggling aroung a particular strike price.
5) Chart of Accuracy 2.0……gives the green signal for price movement.
6) You need to understand that the market revolves around each and every strike price till the OI at
that strike price allows it to move up or donw. OI from Up or down must settle first and that is when
the mkt moves.
7) OI is the final display of live trades from all strategies.
8) Volume builts from 0 on a daily basis. It means total number f trades done at a particulat strike price
and the mentioned time. For every SELL or BUY trade exuted one volume is generated. This Volume
will never decrease and it will just keep on increasing with time.
9) OPEN Interest - The open position of Option Sellers/Writer only makes the Open interest and this is
shown. For Option Buyers the position is shwon as OPEn only and this doesn’t constitute the open
interest.
10) Open Interest is made up of open position of Option Sellers only.
11) OI willchnage only when a writer sells the option or buys it. When normal retailers keep on doing
busines, only the volume is played.
12) A WRITER is one who SELLs first and than BUYs it.
13) How to know whether WRITERS have entered the TRADE or not. Simly see the the OI if there is a
change, it means WRITERS are not involveed. Volume change is just because of the retailers.
14) WRITERS generat OI and Buyers or Retailers generate Volume.
15) WRIETRS make uo the OI.
16) Rounded off levels are important pivot points.
17) Support/Resistance do not depend on OI.
18) OI, Voume and OI change …are co-related and they are the most important in trading. They tell
about trade in morning, strike price idea reversal and beakout. ..everything will be cleared by these
three parameters.
