Loop Scope Licensing and Copyright Agreement

By downloading and owning this pack or any Loop Scope products such as samples, loops, MIDI
files, sequencer projects, audio demos, and/or any form of our music you are agreeing to the
terms stated below:

1. All products are owned by Loop Scope and is licensed to the purchaser/ downloader.
2. You can use these products for commercial and non commercial use, however only the
purchaser/ downloader of the product from loopscope.io have the right to use it. It can not be
loaned, gifted, or transferred to anyone else. This is a single users license.
3. You can use this for your own personal recordings (mixes and beats), personal releases, for
sync, tv, film etc. You can also sell on BeatStars and similar platforms but can not use the
sample by itself to resell by adding it to your own custom loop/ sample packs or claim
ownership.
4. At all times "REDD Nine" (founder & producer of "Loop Scope" samples) must be credited and
we may ask you for proof of purchase, email or subscription information.
5. The only time you will need to clear the sample is if you get a major placement by any of the
major labels/ distributors such as Warner, Universal, Sony, etc. and any of the smaller or indie
labels associated under these labels including sister and sub labels. This also includes Film,
TV and Video Games, if your music gets placed in a major Film or TV show under distribution
or production companies such as Netflix, HBO, Warner, Disney etc. and/ or gaming companies
such as EA Games, Epic Games, Rockstar etc. You will also need to clear the sample if your
streams exceed 1,000,000 (one million) streams across Spotify, Apple Music and Youtube.
6. Most importantly, we want to create a relationship with you. We understand the value you
bring when getting music placed, so going through the process for clearance will be very
straight forward and we will be very reasonable with our royalties/ advances etc. All samples
are one hundred percent made by Loop Scope (REDD Nine) and therefore no other clearances
will be required. All samples are guaranteed clearance.

All of these terms pertain to the international copyright laws. If something is unclear or if you
have any questions about this license then please don't hesitate to contact us so that we may
help. Also, please let us know if anyone has broken the terms of this licensing agreement.
