    General Objective:
    Acquisition and application of knowledge, skills and attitudes through the utilizationof
    nursingprocess in the care of mother and child with common health problems in preschooler,
    school aged children and adolescent with emphasis on health promotion, prevention
    andmaintenanceof health.

    Learning Objectives:
    At the end of 3 days of the first week of virtual related learning experience (asynchronous
    & synchronous online session), I shall be able to:

    1. Establish and Maintain harmony with the clinical instructor, co-nursing student and health
    personnel.
    2. Orient myself with proper caring of school-aged, adolescents to apply knowledge and skill
    of nursing care process.
    3. Recognized the different common health problems that present in the school-aged and
    adolescent.
    4. Utilize assessment skill such as physical assessment and conduct marjoriegordon’s11
    function in school-aged and adolescent.
    5. Formulate a nursing notes such as FDAR and SOAPIE/R charting.
    6. Create a nursing care plan related to different common health problems that present in
    school-aged and adolescent.
    7. Discuss on the common health problems in school-aged and adolescent such as rheumatic
    heart disease, scoliosis, anorexia and obesity and substance abuse and suicide efficiently.
    8. Accomplished the group activity report on the common health problem in school-aged and
    adolescent (Anorexia and obesity).
    9. Submitting concept map on common health problem in school-aged and adolescent.
    10. Evaluate the effectiveness of care rendered to the client and my performance at the end of
    the RLE duty sincerely.
