We’d like to acknowledge the presence of our honorable guests, our dearest

Principal Mr. John Butch P. Locara, Maam Mercedita T. Insigne, our Assistant
Principal, our Master Teachers Maam Delia G. Toledana, Mr. Raizonelle A.

everyone to stand for the invocation in the lead of Ms. Genesis L. Gural, to be
followed by the singing of the National Anthem to be conducted by Mr. Rogelio

“Smooth seas do not make skillful sailors.” As this African Proverb goes, we
teachers are the mighty sailors of this generation, and we are indeed amidst of a
rough sea facing this new method of learning. However, we are the brave ones
who accepted this challenge and as of now, we continually sail the vast seas and
profess our love for our students, our vocation, and our country, as we chew even
beyond what we couldn’t barely swallow, for our professional growth.

Ladies and gentlemen, I am Maria Karla C. Tacuboy, at your service, as the Master
of Ceremonies for our today’s 2nd Learning Action Cell, Webinar Series for this

all the positive aspects we are currently having, that message is the most
acceptable one.
