Symptom

It is possible to confirm Warehouse Tasks, while the source or destination storage bin is locked, e.g. in
transaction /SCWM/LS02. This can lead to inconsistencies on table /SCWM/LAGP, if the user in
/SCWM/LS02 will save the data after the task confirmation is posted.
