Course Outline - FDP - 3 Days
Course Outline - FDP - 3 Days
Objectives:
To understand the artificial intelligence tools and concepts used to solve real-world complex
problems
To enable participants to analyze, visualize the datasets, and build predictive models for real-
world complex problems.
To make learners familiar, understand and make sense of human languages in a manner that
is valuable.
To identify advanced application requirements in the field of Neural Networks and computer
vision using Deep Learning
To understand the user, challenge the existing assumptions, and redefine problems to
identify alternative strategies and solutions
Learning outcomes:
1. Understand the artificial intelligence tools and concepts used to solve real-world complex
problems
2. Visualize, analyze, and understand the real problems, and build predictive models for those
complex problems.
3. Understand and make sense of human natural languages in a manner that is valuable.
4. Identify the advanced application requirements using deep learning, which helps to solve
complex problems
5. Challenge the existing pedagogical assumptions and redefine problems in an attempt to
identify alternative strategies and solutions to solve them.
All the faculty members participating in the program will have to meet the following criteria:
Handbook/Reference book:
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of using the internet and computer systems.
Basic understanding of problem solving.
Good knowledge of mathematics.
Introductory understanding of programming.

The Road-map
Become The TechSaksham Faculty Ambassador
The program will also provide a roadmap to faculty members attending the training to become the
Faculty Ambassador. Post the FDP, teachers will be encouraged and supported with technical
mentorship, as relevant to become The Leader of change. The teachers will be recognized in the
program based on their post workshop engagements.
Given below is the roadmap:
2
Teachers will be provided with the following framework to implement their newly acquired
skills from training to:
o Conduct a session with the students. We request the teacher to please let us know a
tentative schedule of workshops they intend to conduct with the students. The deck
to facilitate an online/offline session can be downloaded from the link Presentation
for Student Engagement Session
o Encourage students to register to the LMS portal and enrol for the self-paced learning
course.
o Please fill the TechSaksham Cascade Session Form to help us gather details of the
sessions conducted by you
o Conduct seminars, bootcamps and workshop sessions for their students on the
technologies learnt in training. Continuous technical support will be provided for
teachers, as relevant.
o Share feedback and success stories of themselves and their students of leveraging the
technology learnt in the program.
Top 50 faculty members will be recognized as “The TechSaksham Ambassador” at National
level on scoring maximum “The Leader of change points”.
Every faculty member will be recognized as “The Leader of Change/ Program Champions” at
regional level on successful completion of at-least two democratizing sessions at their
respective college/institutions.
Access and support of TechSaksham LMS will be provided to all the faculty members to
conduct activities, submit feedback and other required details.
Institute will be selected as a regional Nodal center that would lead to increase college
visibility by increase in footfall for events in TS program.
Example
Calculation Example
Alen
o #Seminars – 2 seminars – 20 points / seminar = 40 points
3
o #Workshops – 2 workshops – 20 points/workshop = 40 points
o #Students – 200 students – 10 points / student = 2000 points
o #Student success stories- 2 – 200 points/story = 400 points
o Total points = 980 points
