After completing this exercise, you shall be able to:


 Perform keywords research & keyword grouping for the multiple pages of website
 Find backlinks opportunities for your website and do competitor’s backlinks analysis
Problem Statement

You have practiced keyword research in the 1st Hands-on exercise. Now, you are required to design an SEO
strategy for the specific landing pages of an Online Shopping Website. You have to do the keyword
research and make the keywords grouping for multiple pages.

It is important to know how your competitors are getting backlinks and how you can compete with them by
implementing a better link-building strategy. You are required to find the Backlinks Opportunities for
your business website by competitor’s backlinks analysis using different tools.

Task 1: (05 Marks)


1. Pick any online shopping website of your choice.
2. Select 03 landing pages from the website.
3. Do keyword research using any keyword research tool and shortlist 03 long-tail keywords for each
page you have selected.
4. Paste the shortlisted keywords of all 03 groups in the Word document.

Task 2: (05 Marks)


1. Pick a keyword from task 1 and search it on Google.
2. Pick a website from results and put it in the Word document.
3. Visit the Link https://app.neilpatel.com/en/seo_analyzer/backlink_opportunity
4. Enter the URL of your selected website in the 1st input field.
5. Enter the URL of your competitor’s website in the 2nd input field.
6. Click on the search tab.
7. Scroll down the result page, take the screenshot, and insert it into the word document.

Submit the exercise.
