(b) Insert a row above the column headings. Type FORM FOUR PERFOMANCE (1 mark)
(c) Label the 2 columns after COMM as TOTAL and AVER respectively. Calculate each student’s total and
average and save the changes. (4 marks)
(d) Round student’s Average Score to 2 decimal places. (2 marks)
(e) Rank the students using the average score . (3 marks)
(f) Using an appropriate formula calculate the student’s grades. Label it as GRADES (5 marks)
(g) Insert visible inner and outer borders (2marks)
(h) Sort the data using Grades, using subtotals; count the number of each grade. (6 marks)
(i) Copy the data in a new sheet. Rename the sheet as best mathematicians. Filter the data to display students
who have scored more than 50 in mathematics. (4 marks)
(j) Generate a column chart of students’ names versus the total marks in a new sheet.
Label the chart as follows: x –axis: Names
y- axis: Total marks
Title: Performance
Legend: Green in color
Sheet name: performance (4 marks)
(k) Print form 4 and performance. (2 marks)
