Narrative Report
On March 02, 2023, was the day of our deployment. First thing we did before I and my
classmates go to their designated department, We all attended our orientation that was
conducted by Ma’am Maricris Concepcion from HR department. She discussed all about the
history of LCC and dos and don’ts of a trainee’s. After that we’re all got deployed to our
designated department. I and 7 of my classmates got deployed to the Property Management
Department.
The first month (March) of our training was very challenging because the environment
was new to us, specially to me. But later on, I was able to adapt slowly to the environment I am
in. I and my classmates got to experience many things, such as helping in the beautification of
the LCC; sorting documents or files; giving documents to other departments; and helping in
distributing the monthly promos that the organization offered to its customers.
The second month (April) was different to our first month of staying in LCC. I was slowly
getting used to the things we do as a trainee. There are new things that I got to experience such
as being assigned at the Customer Service Counter. At first I was nervous talking on the
microphone. I gathered all of my confidence before I got used to it. Also since April is Fire
prevention month, the LCC Annex was chosen to participate in this kind of drill. I and my
classmates help our department to finish the event, and the event was successful. At the end of
the month I was able to enjoy it all and gain more experience and knowledge.
The third (May) and fourth (June) month of my on-the-job training was great because I
was fully adjusted to my daily routine as a trainee. I felt like I was fully part of the company. As
the time goes by, I and my classmates are enjoying while learning knew things in what we do as
a trainee. We assisted again to the Mother’s Day special promo that offered by the LCC to its
customers. Seeing them smile while claiming the free item makes me in loved of what I am
doing. I learned a lot in this field work, and gained experiences and skills that I can use in my
future career.
Ma’am Analyn, Sir Vince and Ma’am Ann Marie, teaches and guide us a lot until we completed
our 600 hours of On-the-job Training in LCC. They supported us to let out the best in each everyone of
us. I am greatly thankful to them, because they left a meaningful lesson in our hearts when it comes to
working.

Liberty Commercial Center LCC Tabaco Branch , This is the location where me and my classmate
were sent to complete our 600 hours On The Job Training (OJT). Monday February 24, 2023 a brief
introduction to the guidelines was given and March 2, 2023 the day we are deployed at the Property
Management Department head by our very unique and beautiful head department Ma’am Analyn
Sodsod.
So before I proceed on my narrative reports let’s know about ,what first the OJT means? And
what is the goal of having OJT? So On The Job Training is the job training in one work place, they help to
enhance trainees to an any skills or work that related to their department, The goal of OJT program is to
place participants in occupation that will enhance their prospects for long term employment and will
ultimately permit them to become self sufficient.
My first day that was March 2, 2023 I was very motivated to work and train my self by giving my
very best to accomplish one thing to help our Ma’am in sir in their duty. The first trained or task that
gave to me Ma’am Ann Marie is to Set Up a table in chairs on every Friday for the Collection of Paper
and LCC Tabaco. I already accomplish that task and sometimes we are on the office to assist a tenants
who asking for help to give them a work permit especially for all employees in LCC. By the way we are
eight trainees who assigned in the Property Management Department and we are willing to do any task
that was given to us. We are also glad because theirs so many knowledge skill that we already to learn
and get on our department especially by enhancing our self on how face any challenges by having a
good Training.
We are very proud in grateful and happy to our Property Management Department head and his

Company: Liberty Commercial Corporation, Tabaco
Department: Property Management
In partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration Major in Marketing Management, we are required to comply to our 600 hours of On-the-
job Training (OJT). Exposing us to our field of specialization in the industry, and this will provide us an
opportunity to develop our skills in the actual field of work in preparation for our future career.
We know for a sure that we’ll be participating in OJT like every other college student shortly
before we graduate when we enroll in college and choose Marketing Management as our major. We’ve
come to see how important this aspect of college is to our education because it increases classroom
learning, promotes skill development, exposes us to the business world, and develops our abilities. It
assisted us as an MM student in making the change from being a classroom learner to a skilled
professional in our field of choice.
My main duties as an intern were connected to what staff members in the administrative office
did. I believe that I was intentionally allocated to the customer service department where I handle
parking and paging; these tasks were given to me. Our department’s responsibilities included releasing
work permits, incoming passes, and departure passes. Some sorting, monitoring, and encoding chores
were possible for us. Every Friday when there is a collection, we assist the STC by setting the table and
chairs. We also set up the tarp for the Zumba session.
Going to the office as early as 9:00 was difficult for me, to put it more personally. I won’t deny
that there have been instances when I have woken up feeling lazy and unmotivated, but all of those
negative sentiments soon subsided once I got to work. I was motivated to complete my 600 hours of
service along my trip by my devotion and openness to learning.
Overall, I would say that I was able to use the theoretical knowledge I had acquired in a real-
world environment thanks to my OJT experience, and I will continue to do so. This is a step toward
building and honing both our hard and soft talents, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-
solving. By bridging the knowledge gained in the classroom with real-world experience, it helps us
students acquire the skills required for the careers we have chosen.
OJT can be a path toward self-discovery, it’s true. It gave me exposure to various duties,
responsibilities, and work settings, which enabled me to examine my interests, advantages, and
disadvantages. I feel like over this process I became more aware of my professional goals and made
better choices regarding my career path. OJT is crucial for my personal development as a person, as a
student, and as the professional I hope to be in the future. It also helps me advance my professional
skills and talents.
