1. LOOP FOR A NEW ANALOG TEMPLATE
The following pages will show the steps which are necessary to bring the Analog
template in a runtime picture. It is an example for CW (Chip Washing) in the
FiberLine.

Analog Value: Chip Bin Shell – Temperature Exhaust


Loop Nr.: TI-T2101A
Instance name: CW0003
Controller: CP001
Task: CW_01 chip washing 01

1.1 Description
Start the CAE Manager and open the project.

Open the archive CFC_TEMPLATES.

Select the Analog template and copy it (right mouse click).

Open the archive FiberLine, select the archive CW (Chip Washing) with the right
mouse button and copy the Analog template in the archive.

Select the new Analog template with the right mouse button and click Rename.

Complete the New name and New description according the I/O-List an click OK.

Open the new template with double click.

This is the function chart of the Analog template.

Select on the function chart with the right mouse button and click Properties.

Complete the Instance name with the short name of the plant component and the
next free instance number.
e. g. CW0003; CW… for Chip Washing

And select the Physical view [Task]

For example CW_01 chip washing 01

And click the button OK.

Select on the AAG_Analog A1 block with the right mouse button and click
Properties

Complete the Name (Loop Nr. – Loop Description), the Unit (unit) and the LNR
(Loopnumber).

Complete the InstBlock (blockinstance), same as the Analog block name.


Complete the InstPlan (planinstance), same as the instance name.

Complete the MrStart and MrEnd, if the measuring range different to the default
value.

If a Alarm not enable, set this input “0”


(e.g. HH-Alarm and LL-Alarm not enable)

Select HM constants: Complete the ParAlaPic (Instance of the process diagram).

Click OK to confirm the changed parameters.

2. CONNECTION OF THE ANALOG TEMPLATE
Following contacts must be connected:

2.1 Connector
Input:
• Show_LNR … show loopnumber;
Connectorname for Woodyard and Chip Handling: SHOW_LNR_WY
Connectorname for Fiberline, Chemicals, Evaporation: SHOW_LNR

• Language … change language;


Connectorname for Woodyard and Chip Handling: SYS010_Language_WY
Connectorname for Fiberline, Chemicals, Evaporation: SYS010_Language

2.2 Plant Constant


Input:
• AlarmGroup … Name for the Alarm Group;

2.3 Hardware I/O


Input:
• ValueIn … Process Value;
Hardware analog input from the I/O-List
(e.g. CP1R02SL01_AI01)
• BrokeWire … Broken Wire;
Hardware digital input from the I/O-List
(e.g. CP1R02SL01_WB01)

3. PLACE THE TEMPLATE


Open the archive CW in the archive FiberLine.

Open the CHIP WASHING Process diagram with double click.

Change from Project to Picture blocks.

Open in the Picture block the archive CW (Chip Washing).

Search for the Chip Bin Shell – Temperature Exhaust.

Select the picture block AnBx2 (AAG_Analog_3).

This drawing shows the symbols of the different picture blocks.

And drop it on the correct place in the picture.
